Phase 4 Contracting

When we bought our newly constructed house in April 2020, at the height of the pandemic, it needed many things, including a deck, a pavilion, a fire pit, and other items. We already had great experience with Phase 4, which replaced the siding on our old house and did a fantastic job then, so we decided to hire them again for these projects on our new home. Again, they delivered a fantastic job. All the structures are very strong and well built, plus they are gorgeous. The pavilion is absolutely beautiful. All of the towship inspections went through quickly and smoothly which is also a testament to the quality of their work. I strongly recommend Phase 4 and would hire them again without hesitation.

Phase 4 is an excellent company top to bottom. Jim and his team came in and built our beautiful dream deck at our home. These guys are super efficient and detail oriented. Our neighbors are all asking who did the work. Thank you Phase 4 great work!

We had our roof replaced with our next door neighbor In Stover Mill. I have to say we were impressed. They had both done in less than 1 day. Would recommend again!

I would recommend anyone getting a roof to put tarps on stuff in your attic. I thought I had a tarp to cover the day before the came out, but didn't have one. Most everything was in bags/bins, but tarps would make cleanup faster.

Phase 4 Contracting performed a complete renovation of the exterior of our home, replacing the roof, siding and garage doors, and cleaned and painted our chimneys. The work was completed according to the projected timetable and the quality of work was top-notch. All of the employees we interacted with were pleasant and professional and were responsive to questions and concerns. In addition, the owner of the firm was very helpful in working with our insurance company to secure a substantial payout for weather-related damage. We are very glad that we chose Phase 4 for our project and highly recommend them to other homeowners. We would certainly use Phase 4 again for any future construction projects.

This is the second time that we have used Phase 4 for home improvement projects. We have been beyond impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, and time spent to ensure the job is done to perfection. They recently completed a fireplace rebuild in our house (among various other projects). My wife had a vision for what she wanted (from a pinterest picture) and they exceeded our expectations. I was stunned when I walked in to see the final product yesterday. In the past, Phase 4 converted a loft into a bedroom for us. We would highly recommend!

I had 4 estimates done on my roof and although Matt wasn't the cheapest, he certainly was the most knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me everything that was involved, answered all of my questions without becoming frustrated, and was genuinely a nice person. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work that was done. The crew took the time to keep the property clean while they were doing the roof, and cleaned up again after they were completed. I couldn't be more pleased with my new roof.

Matt and his team did an awesome job on our roof replacement/porch repair/extension. Matt and the front office were quick to respond to our request for an estimate and communicated well throughout the project. Everyone working on the house was on-time and super efficient. They handled an unexpected issue with complete professionalism and virtually zero inconvenience/stress to us. We love how it turned out and have received a ton of compliments! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using Phase 4 for other projects in the future!

Hurricane Isaias came through the northeast August 4th, 2020 bringing heavy winds, torrential rain and tornadoes exacerbating an existing problem w/ my rental property's roof. It literally brought the ceiling down in one bedroom. I called Matt from Phase 4 immediately when I found out the terrible news. Within 24hrs they were out to the property to diagnose and mitigate the leak. He gave us 3 fair options w/ our estimate on how to repair the problem. Within a week we had a new roof replaced and the damage to the ceiling in the bedroom repaired (which were completed in 2 days)! I would definitely recommend Phase 4 contractors because of the speed, attention to detail, communication, reliability and craftsmanship of the work they do. I couldn't be happier to have the rental back in running order again and will use Phase 4 again for all our contracting needs.

The owner, Matt, came out for my initial eval and he was extremely knowledge, thorough & more than prepared. I received a comprehensive quote that same day. From there I worked with Kelly Favors who was amazing and so easy to work with. Kelly answered all of my (way too many) questions; she worked with my homeowners assoc on shingle color and logistical specs; she handled obtaining the permit, scheduling, etc.
All of the back & forth was seamlessly handled by Kelly.

Cost-wise — I received estimates from 2 other roofing contractors and both were higher with much less project detail (and many “additional costs” as well).

On the day of the install the Phase 4 crew arrived right on time and everything was complete within 4 hours. Matt was there to oversee the work. The project organization was down to a science and the cleanup was meticulous - not a fragment of debris on my lawn, patio or anywhere.

We cannot be more pleased with Phase 4 and the results of our new deck! Their professionalism throughout the entire process, from estimate to build, was top notch! We had a few estimates for the deck, and they gave us the best price by far. Jim and Kelly kept an open line of communication with us while we waited for our permit, which they handled with the township, and expediently supplied everything we needed for HOA approval. Jim and his team were at my house at the same time every day ready to work, and at the end of the day, you wouldn't even know they were there. They set up, cleaned up, and worked like a well oiled machine. We've received so many compliments from our friends and neighbors about how beautiful our new deck is - We are beyond satisfied! So much so that we have already inquired about using their services for another renovation. I've tried to figure out how I can put as many positive remarks as possible without writing a book... Seriously, if you're in the market for a new deck, call Phase 4!

We had our deck installed by Jim and his crew at Phase 4 Contracting. We could not be happier with the entire process and the end result. The workers were courteous and professional and the deck is amazing. I joked with one of the guys that you could drive a tank on top of that deck. I highly reccomend Jim and all the guys at Phase 4.

Joe from Phase4 came out immediately to provide an estimate for the repair of a barn roof. Billy came out within a week to complete the repair. The roof is high and constructed of light material. The job wasn't big, but it was challenging. I was very happy with the reasonable price, quality of workmanship, how quickly the job was completed, and professionalism of the workers.

Phase 4 did two recent projects for us-putting on a a new cedar shake roof and doing an update to an upstairs bathroom. Both projects were done very professionally, on time and at the stated estimate price. All personnel were helpful, considerate and thorough. We will use Phase 4 again for our project needs.

I very recently used Phase4 Contracting to replace my roof. They had come about 2 years ago to repair a roof leak, and did a great job. It was time to replace the roof, and I definitely wanted to reach out to them. They responded to my estimate request quickly, and gave me a thorough proposal with a good price. They performed the work in a prompt and professional manner. They are happy to answer questions, and I think you will have a great experience with them.

The roof replacement was done in one day as promised. The cleanup was perfect. The upstairs window trim replacement looks great. I will absolutely call them again as needed

We called phase 4 contracting for an estimate and Matt came out on Sunday and our roof was put on the next day on Monday. Matt and his crew showed up right on time Monday morning. Matt and his crew were very nice, friendly and professional. They were almost half way done replacing our roof and Matt noticed that there was a problem with the materials. He went out of his way to find new material as they had to rip the whole roof off again and redo it. Even with the delay they stayed and finished the job. Matt and his crew worked all day. They never stopped. I was so impressed with their work ethics. The roof they put on our house is beautiful. We are extremely happy. We have had numerous compliments from our neighbors They also left our house spotless. We would highly recommend Matt and his crew at Phase 4 Contracting. They do a great job..The new roof cost us 6,700 and it was worth every penny. We would use Matt and his crew again. Have a great day.
