I loved everyone there! Evan Hart, my salesman was amazing, genuine and kind. I just had a good feeling about Evan from the gate. You can usually go with your gut. I was right! The sales manager, Randy, was down to earth and made me feel that it would all work out. I felt they were trustworthy. The finance manager, Matt, worked to get me the best deal possible. Overall awesome experience! They even drove my old car an hour away to my home, so I could leave with LUNA, my new Lunar Rock Toyota RAV4! Thank you! One happy girl, Sue Willy : )

My 2019 Dodge Caravan needed a new transmission at 80,000 miles. I did not purchase my van at Diehl but after the excellent service I received, I will only purchase future vehicles from Diehl. Russ in the service department was exceptional. He contacted me daily to give updates, he handled the warranty company, answered all of my questions and really gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. I would recommend this shop to anyone as my van has never run better. Everything they quoted from price to time frame was spot on. Thank you all so much! And thank you Russ!

I had the best experience at Diehl Automotive. I bought a new car from here and Mike Riley was amazing. He spent time with me and made sure I was completely satisfied. I bought my car on a Friday and he called me Saturday to make sure everything was working great with the car. Also, Corey Pytel was amazing as well. He worked with me to make sure I left with the car that day. Lastly, David Dressing was amazing too, he made the financial process of buying a car less stressful and went over everything and made sure I understood it. I highly recommended Diehl to anyone. Went in for oil change left with a brand new car with a better payment than I had before. Jesus was an excellent help gave me my best options, and he made it happen with help from Susan Gessler. Susan did a wonderful job and did all she could to get me what I wanted at a price I was happy with. I'm very happy and owe them both a big double thumbs up.

Tundra has been great . Thinking of getting another I'm pretty hard on my vehicles if the pictures come thru you'll see. I sometimes have a trailer on the back hauling a tractor and the utv on at the same time. It stood the test. For some reason this came in my wives name. My name is not sue I didn't know how to change it. Thanks Zane

Matt was an exceptional person to work with. He stepped outside the adage of "car salesman" and worked with us to create a very pleasant experience. There was never any pressure during the entire transaction, he was honest, professional and down to earth. He helped my son find a safe, reliable and FUN car to drive. In late June I decided that the Rav 4 Hybrid was my next car. I emailed many dealerships in the area, but of course Rav 4 Hybrids are hard to get these days and no one had one to test drive. Chris Lascuola, a salesman at Diehl, had the great idea to let me test drive a used one. Turns out, it wasn't the vehicle for me, but I did spy a Camry Hybrid on the lot and Chris let me drive that as well. It was love at first drive. Now this car didn't have the options that I was looking for and I still wanted to try out other vehicles first. I drove everything from an Acura Integra to a Nissan Rogue, but I kept coming back to the Camry.
Over that time period, I was in frequent contact with Chris. He responded to my emails, called me back when asked, and was always helpful. Turns out that if you want specific options and/or color on a hybrid anything, you have to wait or look elsewhere. Once I sold my car for cash, I ended up finding the perfect car in N Carolina. I didn't fully appreciate Chris's efforts until I dealt with the horrible dealership in N Carolina. It was truly painful. I did get the N Carolina Camry and could not love it more, but I wish Chris could have gotten the commission so this review is the best I can do.
Chris thank you very much for all of your help. I know it doesn't pay the bills, but maybe this will send someone your way. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have found the PERFECT car. If anyone is thinking about a Camry Hybrid, DO IT!
