Evan and the team were very helpful. informative, and personable during my search for a new truck. This was the third dealership I visited and there was no comparison in the quality of the attitude and service quality.

I highly recommend starting with Diehl as I will for my next car search.

I am rewriting my review to reflect that it was written based on misinformation and a misunderstanding.

I have been doing business with Diehl Automotive for over 8 years, and there have been some hiccups here and there, but they always make it right.

My first major experience i want to tell happened when we went to purchase a ram 2500. We began our process over the phone and not actually in the showroom. We found the truck we wanted online and started the approval process. When we finally went to the showroom to see the truck, we were paired with Mike Riley as our salesperson. When i say that Mike went above and beyond, that is an under statement. Mike actually turned out to not be a salesperson but rather a representative of the Dodge and other name brands. He is extremely knowledgeable about the features and characteristics of the vehicles to ensure that you are happy with what you are looking at. He is very personable, and there is zero pressure. Mike Riley is a prime example of the type of person that should be in customer service. Even a year after the sale, he still checks in to see how our truck is doing for us, and when i go up there for service, if he isnt busy, he comes out and chats for a few minutes. If you need a vehicle, Mike will definitely help you out.

Now i would like to review the service department. By doing so, i will first have to apologize to Shawn Peters for the huge misunderstanding that happened during our visit yesterday due to misinformation.
We have serviced our vehicles with Diehl for over 8 years, and their staff have always been very professional and friendly. I will say that the prices are a little higher at Diehl for services. Other than that, they have always provided a greater than 5 star service.

Overall, i would give Diehl higher than 5 stars if i could.

I had decided I wanted a Wrangler 4xe and researched inventory online, landing on a number of vehicles nearby at Diehl. From submitting my interest online the night before, to getting a prompt call-back from Josh Philips the next morning, to scheduling time to test drive, all the way to closing the deal, Josh and the team were fantastic to deal with. They were fair and transparent in the pricing, gave me a strong trade offer on my current vehicle, and Josh was fantastic to talk to while we waited for the paperwork. Would highly recommend anyone check Diehl out and specifically to ask for Josh. Thanks for the awesome experience!

We went in last week on 11/11 to check out a Tiguan we were interested in. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic! Greg G (sales) and Dave D (finance) were wonderful to work with - truly so kind and enjoyable! We walked in less than hour before closing, but they never made us feel rushed or seemed irritated even once. We had our two young boys with us and everyone was wonderful with them as well! If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about their customers and will go above and beyond, look no further than Diehl of Butler!

I recently had the experience for the first time in over 25 years of buying trucks from other dealers and decided to check out Diehl Ram and worked with Josh Philips.... The BEST thing I ever did!! In years past other dealers made buying a new vehicle frustrating with the pressure and back and forth. Josh made my experience buying my new 2024 Ram from Diehl the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle.... If you are looking to buy a new vehicle I would absolutely recommend Diehl Ram and Josh Philips!

Unfortunately I wasn't able to find the right car for me. However I am very grateful for the friendly help i received from Colin. He knew all about the cars I was looking for, has extensive knowledge of his product lines, tried his best to find me my perfect car, and above all he's a man of integrity.

Although I didn't find the car I wanted, I would highly recommend the experience I had here. Next time I need a car I'm asking for Colin.

As a first time car buyer i was adamant about my wants & needs for my vehicle. I was very specific about my price point and what would work into my budget. I was helped out by sales consultant Josh P. and he was amazing!!!! He talked and showed me all of my options with purchasing a vehicle. He was not pushy or aggressive with my purchase and helped me in every way from purchasing the car to new insurance. I was very, very happy with my experience with Josh & and I am telling everyone who is looking for a new car to see him at Diehl!

My wife and I wanted to check out a new Ram 2500 Limited, they were the only dealer within 500 miles that had one in stock. We came in at 5:30 and they closed at 6. Josh our salesman couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly towards us even though they were getting ready to close. He never rushed us once and made the whole experience very pleasant. Giving the current climate, deals are hard to come by, but Randy bent over backwards to make sure we got the deal we wanted. They stayed open until 930 to make sure we got our truck that night. Huge shout out to both Josh and Randy who made this deal possible. A+ dealership and future repeat customer.

I seriously can’t recommend Diehl Auto enough. I’ve purchased several vehicles from Greg Gallagher, most recently a 2019 Durango, over the past few years and it’s been super easy and a very relaxed experience every single time. Zero pressure from Greg or Dave in the finance department. I genuinely got the feeling that they wanted what’s best for me. I’m a Mopar guy and I won’t buy a vehicle from anywhere else.

Josh from sales was very personable, was there for me and not to just make a sale. Josh allowed me to take my time on my decision and I never felt pressured. So happy I made my decision to buy my first truck from Diehl.

We had a wonderful experience with Evan Hart today at Diehl of Butler! He got my information before he even clocked into work, called me, and had the vehicle waiting for me up front when I got there! He was so friendly, kept up conversation, and was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and questions we had! I also appreciate Randy, he was so nice, and so friendly/accommodating! I am IMPRESSED with the staff at Diehl, and we will definitely buy from them again! Thank you so much!

Aly was awesome! My husband broke down on the way to visit his mom for mother's day, about 100 miles from home. The tow truck dropped off the jeep at Diehl's Sunday evening. The next morning, Monday, I called and spoke to Aly, explained that we had an appt for that day with a nearby dealership for oil change and tire rotation. She was happy to add those items on top of having the mechanics figure out the issue that caused the breakdown. She made no promises about the turn around, but reassured me that they would do their best. That afternoon, she called to say it was ready, saving me on the cost of a week of rental car. Wish we lived closer so they could be our regular shop! Highly recommend! Thank you Aly and the team at Diehl, it was a pleasure working with you!

My husband and I decided we wanted to purchase a new vehicle but unfortunately for us our credit took a big hit this past year. After stopping at three dealerships in the area, we stopped at Diehls and had to pleasure of working with Victor Stivason. Victor went above and beyond, listened to exactly what we were looking for and what our payment could not exceed. Unlike previous experiences, Victor did not try to push us past our comfort on payment, he found a vehicle that had great rebates and had additional rebates to help couple's who were trying to rebuild their credit. Victor stayed past his scheduled time to wait to hear back from the bank and called us after we left to pick up our son to come back. Between Victor, a manager and a finance manager, they went above and beyond, found a bank that would work with us and got us in a brand new car with a payment at what we could afford, without me having to sacrifice anything that was a must have on my list. I will be a repeat customer to Diehl and most definitely a repeat customer of Victor Stivasons.

Great customer service, and extremely accomodating. I just bought a used car here and the price was great, plus I didnt feel any pressure from sales. I also needed some service work and their team got everything right the first time.

We worked with Evan Hart during the purchase of our Jeep Wagoneer. I travel for work, so my husband and Evan did the majority of business via text. Evan was present, helpful, and ready to help us with our purchase. We didn't feel pressured into the vehicle and he was very down to earth.
Matt, the finance manager, was also great to work with. He was great for conversation as we were rolling through all of the signatures.
*Everyone who was present at the dealership on the day that we took our 5 children to see if everyone fit nicely (in the vehicle) was very friendly and welcoming to our very large crew too.*
