Hands down the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We've purchased 2 vehicles from Baglier and both times we really felt confident in our purchase. We love shopping at Baglier! We have bought 3 GMC sierras and every one has been fantastic! Our salesman (Geno) is top notch! We’ve used him for every single purchase we have made and continue to do so! He is honest straight to the point and try’s to get you in the vehicle you want in a timely manner! Amazing staff up there. Had help from Mark throughout the whole process and got a deal done on a 2021 GMC 1500. Really made you feel like you was talking to a friend and not just a salesperson. Definitely will have my business again when ready for a trade in.

My fiance and I came in looking at a 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 HD AT4 they had on the lot, and we weren't sure if we were buying one. We're from Chicago and passing through Butler and stumbled upon this truck. We came in and received the best customer service we've experienced at a car dealership ever. Extremely welcoming, very accommodative, and answered all the questions we had about the truck and process. After we took a few days to think about it, we ended up buying the truck and trading in our Subaru. This was so easy to do, we didn't even have to sit around all day waiting for all the paperwork and financing to get done because they were able to do it remotely. We came in, signed the papers, and picked up the truck! We drove it across the country; from Butler to New York, to the Upper Peninsula in Michigan, to Minneapolis, all the way to Mt. Rainier in Washington, all the way through the mountains to Seattle, then to the Hoh Rainforest, and finally back to Chicago. Great buying experience at Baglier, purchasing our pre-owned 21 Silverado 2500. We needed a vehicle to tow our new 5th wheel camper and our salesman Alex was easy to work with and helpful in getting us into a new (to us) truck with all the features and equiptment that we needed. Bought a 2021 ram 2500 here back in October 2023 and the salesperson we had was amazing! We must of test drove six or seven different trucks b4 we bought the Ram, and our salesperson Marla was just awesome thru the whole thing. If I could give her 10 stars I would. The staff at this dealership is amazing. I searched for a gmc 35O0 and couldn’t find one near me the way I wanted it equipped. I found the one they had online and emailed the store.
I received a response from Derek and he was very attentive and provided all the information I needed .
I wanted to trade my current truck in so I took pictures and described it to them for best transparency. They gave me a trade number and we made a deal over the phone.

I drove 5 hours to get there with my trade and I ended up being 2 hours early for my scheduled delivery time. They accommodated me right away. They didn’t haggle me on my trade and stuck to the numbers we agreed on the phone.

Tom the business manager was awesome and thorough. Great guy. The title clerk handled my paperwork right away so I wouldn’t have to wait for it. The detail clean up people did an excellent job on delivery cleaning.

I never thought doing business like this was possible, but it’s a reality at Baglier Buick GMC. The entire staff is customer oriented and friendly.

If you are in the market for vehicle, deal with Derek for the best experience!

What a great staff! I can always tell white a bit about a business when I hear how different team members answer the phone. Very professional, very fast service. Elaine and Marla and others have gone above and beyond. The quality of the vehicles they have is pretty impressive

I found a specific used vehicle for my aunt at Baglier. We live 1 1/2 hours away so I asked Amy Merchant to look the vehicle over very carefully, and asked her to get all the numbers together for me prior to us deciding to make the long trek on a very cold and snowy day.
Amy answered all of my inquiries quickly, and we agreed on the total price.
We arrived early in the morning, the paperwork was ready for my aunt to sign, and the vehicle was being cleaned up for delivery. While being cleaned up, a slice in the sidewall of one of the tires was noted. Amy explained what they had found, quickly had a new tire installed, and had the car ready to drive home to Ohio!
Brock also did a great job going over all the features of the vehicle for my aunt, even pairing her phone to Bluetooth.

It would be an understatement to say this is the best dealership I've ever come across. At first being nervous traveling to another state (from michigan) to see a car but as soon as I got there Alex was very attentive to any questions I had along with Brock who was assisting him and Tom who dealed the paperwork. Even after driving home and leaving the state, Alex followed up a couple days later asking how the drive was. If I could give more stars I would.
The price for their vehicle was very fair.
Also Seeing their lot I can tell they pay attention to detail with ALL of their vehicles there. They'll have my buisness again in the future

I purchased a 2015 GMC 2500HD from them. Great purchase. I love this truck. A year later I took it to get inspected and they told me Baglier Buick definitely did everything they told me they did when I bought it so they are very honest people. Great experience. Just wish they were closer!

My daughter leased an Encore GX a little more than a month ago. Geno was her sales rep. He knew that I was also looking to lease, and knew what I wanted, and how much I was willing to pay per month. We agreed to keep in touch. My lease was ending on Dec. 11. He did keep in touch, and let me know that he had a good deal for me on an Envista Preferred, matching the options I wanted. My daughter and I were treated very fairly throughout the process. Geno was very professional, friendly, thorough and above all else, trustworthy. Also, very good, was the dealership's technology whiz in helping to set it all up before leaving the lot.
