Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Wayne was amazing. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Arrived exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly, made the repair and made sure everything was functioning properly before he left. Even gave me his cell number in case there was an issue later. I would highly recommend!

Needed some significant drain work done the night after Thanksgiving. Roto-Rooter came out at 9:30 pm in the cold to do what they could to keep us going until the actual problem was diagnosed and resolved. They came out on Saturday and discovered the sewer pipe had partially disconnected from the house. On Monday they came out and fixed the problem. Very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of their work.

My water heater failed and was leaking water that created puddles in my basement. I called Roto Rooter and they sent a plumber out within hours. I received a quote and because I wanted the problem fixed immediately, the plumber was able to get started almost immediately. He left and picked up the water heater, replaced the old one and hauled it away.

He showed me how to adjust the temperature, what to turn off in the event of a future problem, and cleaned up after himself. Thank you Joe!

Very good experience overall. We had a very stubborn clogged kitchen sink drain. We tried everything knew to remove the clog---plunging, vinegar and baking soda, chemicals---with no success. We then called RotoRooter and made an appintment for the following day. Scott, our technician, showed up on time and set to work. It took some time to rrmove the clog but he knew just what to do to resolve the problem. He was friendly as well as competent and left us with a clear drain. Not necessaily cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Amazing service! They were able to send a plumber only 3 hours after I had called. Almost always have to schedule an appointment in advance, regardless of the occupation. Jake explained everything and couldn't have been nicer. A very positive experience. Would absolutely recommend them!

Scott arrived promptly and inspected the problem. He followed an order of operation doing the least invasive outdoor drain clearing procedure ( least expensive) and gradually working up to the most expensive needed to clear the drain. He cleared the drain after a very careful deployment of equipment so as to not break anything. He described what he was doing as he went along. He found the cause of the blockage and pulled it out in one piece for me so I could show the cause of the blockage to the outdoor repair contractor who was most likely responsible for the problem. I received excellent service. Scott was a pleasure to talk to and a most competent and respectful technician.

Rep was on time and explained how he would solve our problem. He was efficient and very neat.

Michael Loper was dispatched to my house the evening I called. He worked hard to clear two main lines, didn’t stop til they were cleared, cleaned up the mess and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend his work.

The service provided was top of the line work. Although it was a tough job they stayed until it was all done they nvr gave up and the completion was satisfactory. I would recommend them to my family and friends and I would use them again. They get all stars from me. I called the company & within an hour a young man was sent to analyze my problem. He concluded that the faucet that I had purchased was complicated and needed more precise tools than what he had with him. He returned the next day with a helper. Together they installed the faucet which was akin to a CPU. They did a magnificent job. They were polite & courteous & respectful of my property. I have used Roto-Rooter many times for my plumbing situations. I have had no complaints with their work. I highly recommend them.

Jake first inspected, and gave us a price quote, and then on Monday replaced our main water line ball valves and cloth washer hoses very professionally, nicely, and in a timely manner. He was very courteous, focused on the job, and completed everything diligently. Thanks.

The plumber James was very respectful and after performing the consultation, he did not “force” me into accepting the non-emergent services but instead provided me with time to think while he began my emergent services. We were then able to agree upon the other services and the work was completed in an extremely professional manner. James was efficient and knowledgeable. I haven’t used Roto-Rooter since 2014 when I had to have my water line unclogged but just as the work was excellent then, it was excellent this time as well!!!!!

My hot water heater started leaking late one afternoon, and a Roto Rooter tech came out within just a few minutes. I ended up having to replace the entire unit. The tech told me where I could buy one nearby, which saved me several hundred dollars compared to them providing it for me. The tech came back early the next day and installed the new water heater. He was super professional and friendly. Great experience overall!

Needed a repair on a sunday and a tech came out in about an hour, gave me a few options on how to proceed and then completed the work quickly and efficiently. Everything functions and looks great!
