The Teriyaki Chef

We really like the food here. They are authentic and flavorful. I like their Tonkatsu, Katsudon, Gyoza and sushi. Their gyoza is our favorite. They have good service. Good food takes time. It is cash only so you have to bring cash with you. This place gets packed especially on the weekend.

Great tempura and curry at a very affordable price. Would definitely recommend the ten don, which comes with more tempura pieces than you'd expect. Worth a stop if in the area

PRO TIP: Ask about ordering a banana bread birthday cake! It's INCREDIBLE!!

Best food in town! Honestly this is the only restaurant I can day I'll thoroughly enjoy ANYeal on the menu. In fact: I've been personally working my way through their entire menu, ordering something different every week. You really can't go wrong at the Teriyaki Chef!

I spend most of my time between Bloomsburg, Quakertown, and my hometown in Connecticut. I always miss Stella's when I'm gone. Stella always recognizes me and my SO, who are regulars there. She's friendly and since we order the same thing every time, she almost always knows what we want before we even sit down. The food is priced perfectly for college students and is never short of delicious. We love you Stella!

The owner named Stella has extremely good service and is very nice to all of her customers! her husband makes mouth watering food, so good that I'd say it's the best food in town, I honestly really do recommend this place. My family and I are regulars so if your looking for something other than pizza, fast food, etc then drop by the teriyaki chef once and awhile!

We've been coming here most every Friday & Sunday for years. Every meal is fantastic and service is stellar! A most outstanding feature is the incredible home baked cakes! Made to take away or have a piece for dessert!

By far the BEST place to get authentic Japanese cuisine in Bucks County. Stella, the owner, is incredibly sweet and personable. She is always a joy to chat with. The food is delicious and leaves you wanting more. I especially recommend Stella's cake - if there is any left!

Absolutely amazing food and service.

After shopping for a while, started looking for a place to eat. Came across this place and saw Katsudon and knew exactly what I wanted to do.

The waitress/owner who I know now is Stella is an absolute sweetheart.

The food came out in good time, and was presented very well. It's hard to find good asian cuisine this far from the city, and I glad to have found one that serves legit japanese.

I will 100% be coming back in the future and bringing friends!

My husband and I love to try various japanese places and decided to stop by for lunch. We absolutely loved it! Their chicken curry is so good, and the owner is the kindest. The inside doesn't look like the quality of the food, I highly suggest trying it

I love visiting this restaurant as the owner, Stella, is a very humble woman with great tastes and great prices. The found is always up to par and I've never eaten something here I didn't like. I recommend stopping here if you are in the Quakertown area to enjoy her food.

I love this place. Great food. They have the best ramen in the area. Everything in the ramen is fresh. Their teriyaki chicken is really good too. This business is owned by husband and wife and they have been located here within the Quakertown Farmers Market for a very long time. Locals come just for the food here. If you didn’t know this place existed you’d most likely overlook it. Next time you visit the farmers market stop here for some ramen, sushi or teriyaki chicken. You won’t regret it!

Amazing food. Enough said. You will not be disappointed. This is a mom and pop shop that you can tell the food is made with love. Full of flavor. This is a must try. The wait is a bit long but when you get the food, that doesn't matter anymore haha.

This place is a hidden gem in the Qmart. The price is amazing for the amount of food you get. Everything is made from scratch. This is one of the best japanese food places I have been too. Everything is delicious on the menu. Highly recommend anything with teriyaki sauce on it and the shumai.

Stellas cooking is amazing. Try to get a piece of cake if you can before it's all gone. Also prices are very cheap.

Been going here for over a decade. One of several kitchens I trust and never been disappointed eve. If I ate something I'll never eat again
