Macy's

I'm an appreciator of classic American shopping malls and brick-and-mortar department stores. I had a very nice experience at this Macy's this afternoon. I ordered some clothing for in-store pickup and before I made my way over to the pickup counter I browsed around a bit. The store is well-kept and well-stocked despite not being as large as other Macy's locations I'm used to. I was happy to see a good number of people shopping for an early Monday afternoon. All of the staff were professional, polite, and friendly. I'll be back!

Great store, quality products, a bit more expensive, plenty of inventory, well laid out and organized, bought many things over time and am a satisfied customer.

Black Friday shopping with a lot of customers feeling the holidays shopping atmosphere. Most of them are holding shopping bags. It has been a long time not having such a good feelings since the pandemic.

Yup this store had seniors working on Christmas Day and they were wonderful.

The customer service lady was the best she asked me about every perfume I was looking for. She was aways by my side I loved my time in Macy that day. She never said she didnt have time. The last place I was at didnt take time to asked me anything just what did I want. I love the personal touch.

Staff is very cordial and professional. My wife needed a perfume refill and they took excellent care of her.

Went in looking for maternity clothing for my daughter did not find any of that but I did get some name brand jeans for $3 a pair on the clearance rack! It was a total win!

I love this store. The women at the register were very nice and helpful. I've purchased most of my kitchen appliances, cookware and utensils here for over twenty years.

I love that they have a lot of items out for display, so you get to see the products and all of there features first hand, instead of just reading the boxes. That's very helpful. Especially with items such as toaster ovens, etc.

Every visit is like a great treasure hunt. Staff in all departments very upbeat and enteractive with customers. Yet always professional with a fantastic sense of humor that makes shopping fun. Looking forward to my next adventure at Macy's, Oxford Valley Mall, Langhorne PA

Went to look at dresses for my niece's 8th grade dance, we found one!
