I recommend Scott 100% . He don’t know it yet but he’s my new landlord lawyer for this type of situation.. I’m a great landlord and never experienced this type of tenant situation. These tenants knew how to work the system. I called Scott on the phone Friday afternoon 1:00pm.. and he gets right to the point. Took me a minute to take in what he was telling me and within 10 minutes he was representing me and he filed to strike the appeal. And by Friday 3 PM it was excepted.. today is Monday and I went back to the magisterial district court and the constables now have placed the possession paper on the door. And of course today I find out the tenant who only had to put a 1/3 of the rent money.. which wrote a check bounced.. Thanks again Scott.

I went to Scott Feldman for legal advice several years ago because my mother - whom I love so much - was being victimized by her landlord. I gave Scott Feldman 4 stars because no attorney deserves 5. My divorce lasted 5 years. Before I used Scott's services,I had gone through five attorneys (some recommended by my father - a former Philly ADA). Over the years I have consulted with Scott regarding some employment contracts as well as opinions regarding my divorce. The details of my divorce were so complicated with a settlement document over 100 pages. The attorney that brought me to settle the divorce screwed me. I wrote a Google review on his negligence and incompetence (Arnold Machlas), but took it down after several months because he is a friend of my father's.
Scott Feldman dealt with the complexities of my case expeditiously, while reaching out to his colleagues when some of the intricacies were out of his scope. He did not bill me for consulting with his lawyer friends. In the end, Scott helped get me out of a hell hole for a very acceptable fee. I believe total was under $1000. I wish I had used him all along. The incompetence of the other lawyers and their exorbitant fees were well over $45,000. I just stopped counting. Why do so many lawyers think that gouging people out of hard earned money is acceptable?

Since then I have used Scott for notary work and random legal questions. He is always responsive and more than fair in his billing.

Decent debt collector, unrealistic negotiator and terrible human being. This guy worked for me for years. and as i said was good collections attorney. However just a few weeks ago I sent him a debt for collection and less than 48 hours later we discovered the customer did pay the debt but at a drastically lower amount. Owning up to our mistake I tried explaining this, knowing his wound to tight I offered a partial payment to reflect the amount we received and what little if any work Scott performed. He launched into a tirade cursing me out and demanding full payment. I tried to get him to see the facts and reach a reasonable fee but this guy cursed my out like my old drill sergeant.
If you want s good collections attorney give Scotty ago, but keep him off your christmas list and if you ever make a mistake be prepared to run for your life.

Scott was hired for a potential eviction and talked a good game. When the eviction was no longer required he made up an invoice with Billings of time he never did. Just because you make up an invoice doesn’t mean you did the work. He refused to give an appropriate refund of his retainer . In my opinion he will rip you off.... as he did me
