AT&T Store

We were enrolled through what we thought were AT&T employees at target. We had questions regarding our new phone service, and the person we were told to contact was not willing to help me. I contacted another local AT&T who told me to go to the corporate location at the Oxford Valley Mall. Tim was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this AT&T store. Everyone was so kind to us and made sure we didn’t leave till our issue was completely resolved!

I stopped in yesterday with multiple needs regarding my account. Tim provided very professional and thorough customer service. He was knowledgeable and explained things clearly. Highly recommend going in to this store even if you need to wait while they help the customer before you - far better experience than calling customer service or attempting online.

My wife and I had several things that we needed to have changed within our accounts. We were turned away from 2 stores and told to go to the corporate store at mall and speak to a manager. We met with Tim, who was not the manager, but was fantastic! He listened to the changes that needed to be made, he was patient and super helpful. Tim made a long process seem seamless. He is a true professional. I would definitely go back for any future needs.

After going through a horrendous ordeal with Verizon I came to this store to switch over to AT&T. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was excellent to alleviate my stress. I had to go twice because I forgot my ID (which I was glad they are so committed to reducing fraud which made me feel safe). Doug & Andy helped me the 1st time and Freddy & Andy the 2nd. This team was friendly and funny and kept my spirits up while going through the process. Andy in particular made sure to keep the flow moving through it all. This team will really take care of you! I will definitely be goings back for an upgrade in a few months.

This is our go-to store for phones. Always have knowledgeable and not overly aggressive sales staff. Our current experience with Tim was outstanding! I'm not a techie and he never made me feel inadequate and was patient and slow with the sales and transfer process. I came away with a new phone and with no upramp issues.Tim is a nice and educated rep. I'd definitely recommend him to others looking for a quick and painless phone purchase experience!

I had an exceptional experience at this AT&T location from Tim and Jason. I was upgrading a phone on my plan. Tim explained all options I had. He was genuine, polite, knowledgeable, professional and wonderful to work with. He is a complete asset to your company and I am already thinking of my next purchase because of the level of customer service I received. Thank you.

Need a phone and want great service then head over to the AT&T Store in the Oxford Valley Mall. Make sure you ask for Jason. I have never interacted with a retail agent as knowledgeable and friendly as Jason. Jason made sure that I was able to receive all of the available discounts provided by AT&T and made sure that I left with the phone that was most tailored to my needs.

In addition, for the last (3) weeks since I have purchased the phone I have received follow-up calls from Jason to be certain that I was both happy with my phone and service.

Jason is an absolute gem and an A+++ Customer Service agent!!!

On 8/7/23, I walked into the AT&T store located in Oxford Vally mall and had the pleasure of being assisted by a young man name Tim. I explained the issues, I had been experiencing for over a month. He skillfully attempted to correct the problem regarding my phone service. After exhausting all available options to him, he suggested we contact the customer care department. Tim diligently worked with the customer care technician for several minutes to correct the problem. Tim’s demonstration of professionalism and patience was truly appreciated. It was a breath of fresh air to be assisted by someone who obviously enjoys and takes pride in his job which entails helping others.

I was about to give up on ATT after trying to switch over. The customer service I received was terrible and I was beyond frustrated when I walked into this store. Jason spent over 2 hours fixing all of my problems. At no point did he say he couldn't find a way to work everything out. He just said ok, ets get this fixed' and then DID! He, along with the other gentlemen working today, have removed the doubts I had after such a terrible start to my ATT experience. Thank you Jason!

Tim was more than helpful and gracious to help me with my device. He went above and beyond to help me with my issues. If I ever need any further help in the future, then I only want to work with Tim.

The location representative Jason was excellent, customer service at its best from him. It is very rare when you find a representative who is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and also cares about providing great service! Ten plus stars in my book. I will definitely recommend this location. Once again, great customer service!

After taking a serious look at my phone they identified the need to have the phone replaced. During the next hour they fully explained and showed how the new phones works. I accepted a phone and I am 100 % satisfied with the Apple 15..

Andy was helpful, friendly, and professional. Jason also helped us out while we were there,, both gentleman were great to work with.

Timothy was very helpful!! i am very excited for my new phone. we came from another AT&T store because we were unsatisfied with their service but Timothy really made up for it with his professionalism and attentiveness.

We had a very good experience probably for the first time ever of our cell phone shopping experiences. They even offered his happy endings meaning you know extra phone cases in action stuff lol.
My fiance and I was in the mall shopping around and the guy I think his name was. Freddy was extra awesome and helped out and numerous ways and we both walked out of there with brand new Google pixel 7A phones. And let me tell you the pretty f****** sweet! They're fast. They're awesome and I'm thoroughly happy with our purchases. I highly recommend going through there and seeing what's up. Never know what can happen.

Not much for commenting on reviews but where credit is due credit will be given. Appreciate and shout out to the manager Freddy aka "Billy goat" always looking oit for the costumer! No question i had, was left unanswered. Def should come see him.

Angel was very knowledgeable of the sales products and AT&T services and discounts. He exhibited patience and understanding. He was efficient in setting up services on our new devices. Angel inspired my confidence in AT&T!

I very much appreciate the assistant manager's (Molly) help as well as the store manager. They were both patient and helpful in addressing an issue with an account, even though they were aware that it didn't involve an additional sale. Very customer service oriented.

Working with Andy at the Oxford Valley Mall AT&T location was hands-down the best experience I’ve had with AT&T ever!
