Eric and his team really helped me out recently getting a part on my car fixed since they are apart of the Technet National warranty program, despite not being the shop that initially fixed the part. They were very fast and honest and even went out of their way to move my car back to the shop that had discovered the issue. They got my car in, fixed, and returned within the same business day. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for speedy and honest work!

Great shop! I took my van there for inspiration and emissions and they got me in and out in a few hours. There's a night drop box to secure keys if dropping vehicles after hours, which I used, Eric called first thing the next morning with my Van's diagnosis and for permission to do the work.They also were able to get my engine light off, which none of the shops or dealership in the past did. This was the fastest and best shop I've seen in a long while, plus being close. They have all of my and my family's future business. Thank you Eric!

Larry is the man!!! He is such a knowledgeable and friendly guy. I trust my car to him, knowing that the diagnostics will be done accurately, the repair will be done right, pricing will be fair and he won't do work I don't need done. He is the guy you can go to and rely on for your car's needs!

My engine was leaking oil and the low pressure oil light came on. Luckily this happened as I was passing the Alley-Gator shop. I pulled in around
6pm and Larry was still working. He took a few minutes to diagnose the problem. Told me to leave the car as if I drive it the engine will seize. He called me an hour later, told me he'd have to order parts and would let me know when it's ready. Once the job was complete he had rebate paper work filled out for me to send to the car mfg, as the problem I had was a known issue. Car's running great now and I'll be back to this shop next time I need something.

Larry Fabian is the best! This guy is a genius when it comes to auto repairs and an honest straight shooter when communicating with his customers. He is also sensitive to what customers have to pay for repairs and makes every effort to keep his costs within reason! 👍
