Dave Shields: Allstate Insurance

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dave Shields as my Allstate agent. It has been 16+ years that I have been working with this office and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I have witnessed how the agents here take excellent care of each and every one of their customers and always keep the customer's best interest in mind.

Dave always answers the phone (a lost convenience these days) and has always been extremely responsive. The Allstate website is very easy to use. After almost 40 years with a national insurance company, it is comforting to know that I have a local, trusted resource. AND, Dave saved me money!!

Explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand... Dave and his staff are so helpful ! Very easy to work with...if I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

I was scheduled for an interview with this company. There were some technical difficulties. No one had the decency to contact me about the situation. Or tell me my interview had been canceled. I called and was placed on hold and then told someone would get back to me. No one did. I don’t know if I would find them trustworthy of handling either my life home owners or commercial insurance.

Waiting over 6 months for a claim feel like I'm being held hostage after being put through a Ringer. Every question possible every detail every form filled out everything and still no service
