the McCandless family has taken care of my glasses needs since I was 2 years old. I'm now 21 and I refuse to go anywhere else. Amazing customer service and high quality optical services.

Looked up a random eyeglasses place in the area in order to tighten one of the screws on the frame. Was greeted in a very kind and genuine way. Was in and out within 5 minutes. I personally recommend this store to everyone, such nice store owners!!!

If you are tired of the chain Opticians and opticians beholden to the eye doctor office they share, I would strongly recommend trying Robert McCandless Opticians. we stopped there while shopping for new glasses and he spent a lot of time and expertise helping us understand the issues - even after we told him we were already under contract to buy glasses at the other place. Then we went back after the fact because we were so impressed with his candor and obvious honesty and bought another pair. I think you will be very pleased with his personal attention and lack of predatory behaviors.
