Dynamic Carpets

From start to finish, Dynamic Carpets was great. Ray was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. He met us at the store and gave us great advice about several different carpets. He measured, ordered, and set up the install in a week’s time. The install went very smoothly, and we’re extremely happy with the finished product. We would definitely recommend working with Ray and Dynamic Carpets and will in the future.

Dynamic is absolutely the best! Did a great job and Ray and especially Gene were so good about getting the work completed within the time frame we asked for. Our daughter has many health issues so it was important to use products in our home that were safe for her. Gene came through with flying colors! Will definitely use Dynamic in the future

Our Nursery School was in need of some new flooring . We hired Dynamic Carpets and they were so easy to work with from beginning to end . Ray Phillips the owner was meticulous and took his time making sure every tile was perfect . He was also very professional through the entire project . We have received so many compliments on our new floors and even our waxer guy said it was one of the best tile installs he has ever seen . The new floors really gave our school a whole new refreshed look. We would highly recommend Ray and Dynamic Carpets. We will definitely use them the next time we need flooring or carpet .

Dynamic Carpets has replaced almost all of the flooring in our home over the years since moving in 5 years ago. Recently we had carpet installed in our hallway and they did a fabulous job. We live in a very old home with very uneven floors and they were able to hide all of the imperfections. Ray and Gene were both such a pleasure to work with. Both were extremely knowledgeable and made sure we got the exact flooring for our needs. The job was scheduled quickly and was completed carefully but also efficiently. I would suggest Dynamic Carpets to anyone looking for great customer service and an excellent product and installation.

We just had 3/4 of our house refloored and it is amazing. Ray was the ONLY flooring contractor who answered my calls promptly, who came for a very thorough assessment, and basically held my hand every step of the way picking out the flooring. We did carpet - which is gorgeous, on the second floor which is pet proof and still so soft and plushy. We also had Dynamic install laminate in the loft - my son’s room. Beautiful, easy to maintain, and fairly teen proof? I hope so! And the cherry on the sundae was the gym mat flooring they covered the finished basement floor with - now a gym! It is perfect for exercise but also for that “basement stuff” we do because we don’t want to do it anywhere else 🙃
All in all, fine holiday fun, an enthusiastic 2 thumbs up! Thanks to all the guys at Dynamic for making my kids happy, which as we well know, directly affects my happiness. We are all in ❤ with the finished floors.

I recently bought a house and badly needed new flooring throughout the entire house. Ray showed me many types of different hardwood/laminate and carpeting also. He knew every little detail of the flooring and I was very impressed. His team came in and finished the entire house in two days and cleaned up afterwards. We had an excellent experience with Dynamic Carpets from start to finish! Ray, Gene, Mohammad and the rest of the wonderful team installed our beautiful new carpet, padding, and hardwood floor last week. The turnaround time was quick and all the products are high-end quality. My family absolutely loves the soft carpet and the gleaming hardwood! We looked into a few carpeting companies in the area and went with Dynamic Carpets due to their stellar customer service, reasonable prices, and simply genuine personality! We had a very short timeline and were very stressed with home renovations with two young children. From the moment I called them, Ray and Gene were professional, responsive, and such kind hearted people. They worked very hard to ensure our carpet and floors were done on time and that we were happy with the final product. Ray, the business owner, took the time to explain the different types of carpets and padding and was even willing to go pick up the carpet from the warehouse to meet our renovation timelines. With his background in interior decorating, he helped me choose the carpet and wood floors which best matched the rest of our home. He was very patient and did not rush me at all and made sure I was 100% happy with my selections. He checked on the install crew several times, followed up after the installation and even personally delivered the carpet and floors warranty information to our house. Gene was on top of everything and truly made the entire process easy for us! He was very personal - I felt like I had a family member helping me with the entire process. He truly looked out for our best interest and wanted everything to be perfect for our new home. Mohammad and his team were responsible for the installation and did a flawless job. We were amazed by how perfectly the carpet and wood floors were installed, especially around all of my custom closet systems shelves. We couldn't believe what a great job they did! They also removed and disposed of the old padding, carpeting, and wood floors. They cleaned up entirely and treated our home like it was their home. They were very hardworking and respectful and checked in with us when they arrived and left for the day. If you are looking for a family business that truly cares to make their customers happy and build great professional relationships, Dynamic Carpets is the company to choose! This has to be the best experience I've had with any company!

Dynamic Carpets did a great job! Ray and his team are responsive, trustworthy, professional, and punctual. They did exceptional work, given that our old carpet/pad had many staples to remove. They were so careful and meticulous that the hardwood floors look great. It is the first time I ever tipped a contractor, before the job was complete! I was confident the job would be done well...and it was. Furthermore their price was very reasonable.

Already, we see the benefits with our choice of the Shaw Pet Perfect Carpeting in the family room, stairways and the upper bedroom hallway. Just this week it's been "christened" by our senior cats and with simple cleaning looks good!

Dynamic Carpet did a wonderful job installing carpet in our basement. Gene was very helpful in picking out carpet; Gary and Todd installed the carpet in less than 2 days (1 full day and a few hours on Day 2). I can't wait to do other projects with this fine local business.

We recently had engineered hardwood flooring installed on our first floor throughout and the stairs leading up to our loft. I cannot say enough as to how very happy we are with how it turned out. From picking out what we wanted with Gene’s excellent help to every aspect of the installation of the flooring by such knowledgeable and capable workers, it made life easier. I would not hesitate to hire them for another project if need be. You will not be disappointed.

Dynamic Carpets - great experience all the way around (price, service & communication). Walked into the show room meet with Ray. Gene came out the next week to measure and the following week 2 installers came out. Started on 8/17 & installed on 8/31. Would refer anyone to you guys THANK YOU !!!

We recently finished our attic to make it a playroom for our baby. We shopped many places for carpet but chose Dynamic Carpet when all was said and done. From the original estimate to the actual install everything went flawless. Gene knows his stuff and his customer service is something all businesses should duplicate. The installers who came yesterday were friendly, punctual, and professional. For any future carpet needs I wouldn't use anyone else and would recommend that you do the same! As we replaced the carpets in our house Ray and Gene were support throughout the process. They worked with us to select the carpet we wanted and the installation crew were friendly and professional. They worked hard and installed the wall to wall carpet cleanly and the result was perfect. Would definitely recommend them.

I would recommend this company and Ray to everyone I know. He helped us from the time we walked in until the time we decided on the carpet with no pressure in between. Installation was one day and they did a tremendous job, on time and cleaned up after. We did only carpet but will definitely use him again when we are ready to do other flooring in the house.

I had my entire downstairs redone in Fusion Hybrid vinyl plank. The installers were on time, neat, and did a beautiful job - it looks great! The price was middle of the road and they did everything, including move the furniture. I have already recommended Dynamic Carpet to a friend.

There aren't enough words to tell the world how great Dynamic Carpets are! Today we had our 4th room done,and we are extremely pleased! Called into Ray, a very nice guy who passed the message on to Gene to come out and measure, who also brought samples with him to help us match the paint. So personable and professional at the same time. Two weeks later, Gene calls and sets us up with our favorite installers, Mo and his son,very hardworking guys,cleaned up everything and put my furniture back! You would be foolish to go anywhere else.!!!

Gene and Ray were great to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. Gene was extremely helpful with the whole process. The extra carpet left over from our family room, Ray bound these pieces into runners. Installers were very efficient. Great experience.
