I cannot begin to describe the perils of trying to leave my old provider. But wow did the reps at this location make switching over so much less of a hassle then my prior experiences. I recommend this team of professionals to everyone! You can't beat the discounts and great customer service.

I had an amazing experience at the T-Mobile Store in Johnstown! The staff was incredibly helpful and provided top-notch service, making my transition from AT&T to T-Mobile smooth and easy. A shout out in particular goes to Abbi the store manager for making the process smooth and being very kind the entire time! She guided me through the entire process, ensuring I got the best plan Go 5G plus 💪 and the iPhone 14 pro max. Kudos to the team for their outstanding customer service and making me feel valued as a new T-Mobile customer. I'm delighted with my decision to switch from AT&T, and it's all thanks to the wonderful team at the Johnstown store! Highly recommended!

No WiFi service in Windber.
The T mobile female associate was store was very helpful. Unfortunately, after replacing SIM card, it worked and connected great, but once I returned back to the residence, we were unable to connect to WIFI.

After over almost 20 years l, my daughter and I switched phone service from boost mobile to t-mobile. I was just fed up with the customer service and lack of signal as a result of the decline in service provided by Boost mobile. Austin was a real trooper! I could tell he was nervous,but with the help of his colleagues. He was able to switch us over along with upgrading both of our phones. My switch over took at least 45 min (momma loves her pictures) and in doing so, ran him over an hour past his clock out time. He handled it like a professional even though I could tell he was done as I was too. I am so pleased with my phone service so far. It's in instant improvement. I assured him I'd be sending my mom, dad, and sister as they are sick of boost mobile aswell.
Thank you Austin for playing a part in both mine and my daughter's Christmas!

After spending 1.5 hours online with T Mobile with no luck. Walter and Katlin fix my phone in 5 minutes.

As a Sprint customer for the past 5+ years, I was kind of leary of switching to T-Mobile, as Sprint had been great for us in terms of price and service. I knew eventually I would have to bite the bullet and switch, but then some major health problems came up, and switching became low on my 'things to do' list. Due to the way my finances changed to being off of work, I went on the Sprint/T-mobile online chat to see if I could change my payment due date to something that work better, as I was losing my 10.00 autopay discount each month. The upshot of all of this is that I ended up with an appointment at the Johnstown store to finally switch and save some money too!!

When we arrived at the store, we were greeted by Bryce, and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and was patient with my five-thousand questions that I had. He actually seemed to WANT to help me, which was greatly appreciated. We were there for about 2 hours, and my boyfriend who has mobility issues and uses a cane was starting to get a bit tired. Bryce noticed this and immediately wheeled his chair from behind the counter so he could sit down. I can't say enough good things about the customer service. We ended up paying off one phone, got a new S21, and upgraded my Mifi to a 5G one, ( I live in the middle of BFE so no quickie internet out my way) and saved some money!!

I also have great things to say about the Support team online too, as I was having some difficulty getting my Military service verified for the Magenta Military plan I was on. I went to the FB site, and was able to get the matter resolved quickly and efficiently. All I can say is, Thank you!!

I was having the worst day possible..my phone got messed up by a guy in the galleria mall literally it wouldn’t turn on or nothing. I went to every phone store in the mall and nobody was giving me prices I wanted I really was giving up on trying to buy another phone until I went into sprint in the Galleria Mall where I was greeted with nothing but friendliness. Jadon, Brett, Jena, and David gave me the best experience I would ever have they helped me open an account with sprint that was not only affordable for me but was cheaper than all the other phone places I went to!! From the moment I walked into that store it was nothing but good vibes all smiles and laughs I really appreciate the warm welcoming they brought to me after having what was one of the worst days turn into a big blessing!!!!!!! I give complete Thanks to all those workers and really hope good things happen to them!!!!!!

Hello this is Sandra Macey I purchase the phone at T-Mobile in Galleria Mall in Johnstown two weeks ago and I just want you to know I'm very pleased with the service I had some more questions I'm up here today and Abbi was excellent and answering my questions in a way I understood cuz I'm pretty illiterate with the phone and I just wanted to make sure I could give some kind of recognition for all her patience thank you

Jordan & abbi helped me get the phone I wanted even though it was close to closing & my phone had a Crack on the screen Jordan went the extra mile to get in contact with her manager .
