This is the best Chinese in the area and the buffet is wonderful, they are always very friendly there. People need to quit wasting their money on the other places in Butler and go to China gourmet. They won't regret it!!!

Food is always good I would recommend the butler potato and chicken on a stick and onion rings those are not the only good items they have but they are the one that stood out last time I was here

New owners, but the food tastes just as good as it used to. Food was delicious and service friendly. We miss Brian though.

We contacted China Gourmet about hosting an dinner for us. We had over 30 people there. They put on a dinner buffet just for us! They worked with us on the menu that we wanted.
We had the entire restaurant to ourselves.

When's for lunch add seafood delight on a hot plate was great just like we expected

We’ve been ordering Chinese for lunch at work lately & were not thrilled with our food from China Palace or China One. I was a bit worried about the negative reviews, but we gave China Gourmet a shot & it was great! Maybe we got lucky, but it was definitely better than the others. We will be ordering again!

My favorite restuarant in Butler. They have the best dumplings I've had in the states, and yes I have been to Taiwan. Hot tea with every meal you cant beat it. Garlic sauce is superb. This place is dynamite, and great prices

This had been a family favorite for Chinese food for decades! The food is always plentiful and delicious, the staff are always friendly. I do wish they'd update the building, the need for a major renovation had been clear for years now.

Looooove their food. I'm not from around here and I've been craving good Chinese food. Everywhere I've been I didnt like. This is the best around and even better than what I know from home too! Plus their service is awesome too! Love this place

My go-to for chinese food! Eat in for friendly service and a pleasant dining experience, or order to go. Their lunch specials offer huge portions at low prices, and the won ton soup is fantastic.

This restaurant is my go-to for Authentic Chinese food. Always a ton to pick from at the dinner buffet, huge portions if ordering off the regular menu also. Can host larger groups..has two huge dining rooms!

Best Chinese in the area. New management has improved quality and taste of food as well as some presentation updates. Peking Vegetable and Szechuan Chicken recommended.

Don't let the exterior scare you away cause you cant go wrong stoping here, the buffet or order off the menu they are both awesome and the hot tea at your table is nice added touch
