I have sewer gas backing up into my home through a faulty vent pipe. He made every excuse not to make the needed repairs. First, he was sick. Then, someone on his team went on vacation. Then, when he agreed to make the necessary repairs—he ghosted me. This was 6 months ago —never heard from him again. Very unprofessional. Someone else will take my money to do the work.
