I had to go through a phone upgrade. The Assistant Store Manager, Zachary Kittle demonstrated excellent awareness of troubleshooting and was clearly beyond my expectations. He is definitely an asset to your business. I wish his gold standards were available with other employees but I'm sure he's a cut above the rest. Perhaps you can get him involved in more opportunities to train people in customer service.

Zach Kittle handled my case and was both extremely helpful and kind, but also very forward with any and all charges that I should expect. There was some difficulty with a purchase on my account, which was not Zach or the store's fault, and he dealt with it as swiftly and thoroughly as possible. I highly recommend this store and Zach in particular.

Zach Kittle was absolutely amazing, i waited a while in the store but that is because he was making sure the customers before me were well taken care of and he even stayed well after the store was closed to make sure everyone was properly taken care of. this man definitely deserves a raise or some recognition of some sort!!

Zach Kittle was super patient and helpful. He took his time to make sure I understood all the details of the plans. I have had some bad experiences with other carriers and their associates. I feel Zach goes above and beyond other sales associates.

I needed a new phone, and Zach was knowledgeable and attentive when we came in the store. I got the most for my money with a new Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. We will be happy Verizon customers for another 3 years!

A big thanks to Zachary Kittle and Caleb Oprean who were absolutely wonderful helping us switch phones. We could not have had more of a pleasant experience. Both of these gentlemen knew their stuff and were great to work with. I hope their boss knows what an asset they are to this company store.
