Rosinsky Dental (formerly My Best Smile)

I had a very pleasant experience at My Best Smile in Cranberry township. The receptionist was very nice and I only had a short wait before I was called in. The hygienist was really friendly and after she cleaned my teeth they felt wonderful. Dr. John was very professional and took his time examining my teeth and talking with me. I would definitely recommend this dental practice its A+.

The staff and environment are friendly and it is easy to relax and receive treatment. My hygienist, Erin, clearly cares about patients and wants the best outcome. She is gentle and encouraging. I will actually take her advice because she convinced me gently that she knows what is best for my teeth. Dr. John Kokai is similarly friendly, gentle, and convincingly competent. I recommend My Best Smile for family dental care.

When I called to inquire if they were accepting new patients, the kind receptionist advised me they were, but I wasn't sure if they took my insurance. She took down my insurance information and called my insurance company to confirm, and then she promptly called me back to let me know they accepted my insurance. That was over and beyond my expectations right there.

I was able to get an appointment within 1 week, which was also impressive. When I arrived, I was at the wrong side of the building. Make sure to pull around the back of the building to get in to My Best Smile so you aren't walking through the gym in the front of the building.

I was greeted by 2 very kind, warm receptionists and promptly taken back to my appointment, where I had the most thorough, yet gentle cleaning I've ever had along with x rays. After the hygienist was finished, the dentist promptly checked my teeth and talked about the practice is more detail.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon My Best Smile from my internet search. I had a great experience here and would recommend this practice to family and friends.

I have been a patient for two years. Dr. John has been wonderful with helping with my implants. He is extremely thorough and makes sure the fit is perfect. The staff and assistants are very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Visited this morning for a routine cleaning and exam and as always was greeted immediately and seconds later Whitney was calling me in.if you have any fears at all about going to the dentist you can leave them at the door the whole staff could not be any more professional or friendly. Whitney treats you like a friend and explains everything she is doing.

Dr. Kokai and Kristen were excellent!!! I’m usually very anxious during dental appointments and they made me feel at ease and comfortable. The office is very clean and inviting, all staff that I came into contact with was extremely friendly. I bearly waited 5 minutes in the waiting room, which was wonderful, but I wouldn’t mind even if I did had a longer wait, because they had many interesting books to choose from and good tunes playing softly in the background. I highly recommend this dentistry.

Very nice office staff and always helpful, Becky is great! The hygienists are always wonderful. And of course the docs are fantastic! Straight forward, have great bedside manner and personable. Would not go anywhere else!

I loved My Best Smile's service and staff. I arrived early to my appointment and they actually took me early too since they were done with their other appointment. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Prior to my appointment they sent me the new patient paperwork and a welcome letter in the mail so I could do it beforehand if I wanted. I had called to make the appointment for a filling that came off. During the procedure, the doctor also noticed a small cavity (I had noticed this before but didn't know if it was big enough to be an actual cavity). She offered to fix it at the same time so that I wouldnt have to come back in and be numbed again. I greatly appreciated this and was able to get everything done at once. I plan on staying with this dentist as long as I'm in the Pittsburgh area.

Today it started with Chris at the front desk going above and beyond with the insurance company. In the chair I had the A team! Dr Alex and her assistant Alex were outstanding. Highly recommended

From being greeted with such warm & welcoming smiles, to the very thorough cleaning, the concern for our health & highly professional way we were taken care of by the hygienists & Dr. Linda Feduska brought us to the conclusion that this wonderful practice will be our home for all of our dental treatments from this point on.
