They always had the best decorations, but not so much anymore. Very disappointed!

My favorite place for drugs.

They now close at 9, which is not really convenient. They had what I wanted, but it's very frustrating when they only have one item and there would be a sale price if you bought two, which seems to be more and more common at this location. Why have the sale if you don't have the items in stock?

Half the time I call the pharmacy all it does is ring them go to a recorded message and hang up.
I have tried to call from 2 till 8 no answer .

I called to get info on the 2020 flu shot which I received at this store for 2019. Specifically my husband received a screening form to speed up the process and I did not. The idea is to reduce contact points, which I am interested in since I am 73. The pharmacist knew nothing about it and said it was probably sent by corporate, knew nothing about senior hours which the front of the store adhered to. The pharmacist said the pharmacy did not have senior hours. That seemed lax to me. The pharmacist seemed very uninterested and unconcerned about the whole Covid-19 pandemic. Nor was the pharmacist very interested in speeding the flu shot process or reducing contact points for seniors. SMH. Really? My husband has decided to go to CVS instead. I may do that also.

The store is neatly organized, it’s big and nice variety of products. The cashier that helped me (short black hair, glasses,woman)
was not pleasant to check out with, bad attitude in general which doesn’t contrast with the store.

If I could leave Zero stars I would. This pharmacy is the worst in helping individuals save money. There is no need to be rude and ignorant when someone says oh that’s more than I thought it was , well you’ll have to call GoodRX. I told them that shouldn’t be the case the pharmacy should have no problem rerunning. Once I said I’ll just not return back to Rite Aid they decided to rerun it and made me wait 20 minutes when there was absolutely no one in the store. The pharmacy technician was extremely rude and short with me, I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Pharmacist was extremely helpful.

Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. The one time that they did I was on hold for 45 minutes because they were “very busy”. I drove there and there were 2 cars in the entire parking lot. TERRIBLE.

I have always had poor customer service here but today crossed a line and I will never step foot inside again. I was having an asthma attack and desperately needed my EMERGENCY INHALER. I never misplace mine but today I did. I called in tears and asked if they could please prioritize the fill because asthma is life threatening and extremely time sensitive yet I was put on hold and asked to wait 30 mins before it could be ready. I raced to the Rite Aid down the road and was handed my inhaler immediately. The young man on the phone today 7/11/22 @ 3:00 should fired as he could not have cared less! Shame on you. I hope you’re never in charge of another persons well being

Had a prescription for Ivremectin from my doctor. The pharmacist said they would not fill the prescription because it is not FDA approved. Well RiteAide
neither is the experimental vaccine that you are pushing on 12 year olds FDA approved. Shame on you! Time to find a new pharmacy!
