These guys are wonderful. Excellent staff, good follow up care, remember your history and needs. They have been my provider of choice going on 10 years now and have truly been the best dentist office I've visited. Highly recommend them.

2 of my daughters and I go there and the services they provide are wonderful along with how they treat us. My oldest daughter went there a couple weeks ago and then my 3 year old wanted "her turn" but of course we had to go back home.

I have been a steady patient of COMMUNITY DENTAL for years! I am completely satisfied and happy with all of my experiences here. I was one of Dr. Pratts first patients since she's been here and I couldn't be happier. She is very comfortable to talk to about all of my wishes and concerns for my teeth and smile. Everyone is very sweet and kind and fun to talk to. I've been treated with total respect and understanding of having to make payments on what my insurance does not pay for-and I've never been harassed about payments that are due.
This is the best dentist and staff I've ever seen and dealt with. Thank you Community Dental for understanding hardship and importance of health and not having cavities! The goody bags are an added bonus! I appreciate the work you provide and concerns of my health! Bravo to the whole staff!

Waited two months for an appointment for today. Tooth root is exposed. They deemed my pain tolerable. 5.5 months down the road is my next appointment to get it fixed! Yes, I have dental insurance. I guess 5 more months of sleepless nights.

UPDATE: The folks there at Community Dental Squeezed me into a much earlier appointment for a root canal.
I am now pain free and getting back to eating and sleeping like normal people. I never could of imagined how much a tooth ache could negatively impact my daily life and personal attitude!
For that alone, I will be forever grateful.

Knowledgeable, and handled my questions and concerns. The Dentist provided informative and relevant details, which highlighted the long-term and short-term pros and cons of alternative dental procedures required to resolve my two issues: A Missing Lower-front tooth, and a large Lost Cavity Filling in an Upper 2nd Molar tooth.

I was literally afraid of the dentist after having really bad experiences. The people here are extremely friendly and listen to you. They are compassionate to what makes you feel comfortable with procedures. I am no longer afraid. I actually went 2 days in a row to have procedures done. Thank you for being so patient with me. You are wonderful.

My husband and I both switched from other dentists due to a dental insurance change and it’s always been a pleasant experience at Community Dental. The people at the front desk are always nice. The hygienist is nice and very thorough. Ive had multiple fillings done here the dentist and assistant are always friendly and respectful.

The staff made me feel so relaxed. I get wicked anxiety at any doctors office that starts before I even park my car. They made me feel welcome and calm and their joking and banter put me at ease. And they’ve done a great job with my teeth. I’d highly recommend them ☺

I could not have chosen a better practice to help me take care of my teeth!! It’s a busy place and can be hard to get an appt but other than that I’ve always been happy with every single person there! From the receptionists, hygienists, to the doctor I have not encountered a single unpleasant person!! Dr. Pratt always gives me all my options and does her work gently and quickly! I honestly could not be happier!

Dr. Rivard is wonderful. I am not the easiest dental patient as it's a huge trigger for my anxiety and past bad experiences as a child. She is kind, understanding, patient, and makes sure I am as comfortable as can be. She takes her time and explains things, and answers questions. I would recommend her over and over again!

I didn’t go to the dentist for about 14 years and ended up having a previous filing fall out, which was causing me such bad pain. Because of COVID it took a little longer to be seen but the day I got in there I thought I was going to lose the tooth. They fixed it that no and I had no other problems so I went back for a regular visit today which was another great visit. As someone who hates going to doctors and dentist I can definitely rate 5 stars and say these people are amazing

Dr. Alison Landgraph and her assistant deserve 10 stars, but 5 will have to do. They were very caring, quick, and efficient with my fillings. My wife and I have both had a prior filling from other dentists, and with Dr Landgraph's impeccable talent, our experience with her was so much better! Thank you Dr. Landgraph for taking care of my families dental needs. You have some very satisfied customers!

I sure was glad to find a Dentist that would take Medicaid and/or Medicare! I thought it might be lacking, but no way! Staff is great, and treat me well especially after I explained my dental fears weren’t about the tools or procedures... My copay is small, and they don’t bully me into buying *exclusive* treatments I surely need, unlike my last dentist I paid a fortune out of pocket for!

I had a root canal done. The workers staff and doctors are very helpful. Explained everything before and as it was happening. I gave the 5 stars for the professionalism and the work . This was my second visit more to come no problems. Definitely worth checking them out.

In the process of relocating to VT and set up an appointment with this facility to become an established patient. Before this appointment I needed a crown repaired. I called up, they fit me in, Kayla and Dr Pratt provided professional service and repaired it. I was then able to obtain an earlier appointment with Dr Rivard to get established. So far I’m very pleased with the service.

Today we saw Christine who was filling in for our regular hygienist, Jamie. Christine was wonderful. Very caring and thorough. Also Dr. Pratt is great as always and the front office staff are always super kind. We really appreciate everyone there.

I have nothing but good things to say about Community Dental! From Reception to Dentist you are respected and treated with care. Dr Pratt is the best, always explaining every step and she truly understands your fears and concerns. She really tries to make your experience as pain free as possible. The Dental Assts and Hygienists are thorough, friendly, and kind. Reception is always smiling and doing their best to accommodate you for appointments. I would recommend Community Dental and rate them 5 out of 5 stars!

I've been to a couple of different practices in Rutland but this dentist is by far the best I've had so far. I had a wisdom tooth removed that was pretty bad, he gave me a shot that I barely felt and then after that he pulled the tooth, I didn't feel that either. My healing experience was good. I healed right up, painlessly.

There are several things I like about this dental office. It's an office with multiple dentists. They accept practically every insurance including Medicaid. They run a tight ship. They have to. They're busy. Because they will accept so many types of insurance, they get all kinds of people, and lots of them. They make people agree to policies which include refraining from rude behavior. This protects both patience and employees. They are compassionate. They are patient, but you don't have to be, because as long as you get there on time, they will get you in without much of a wait. No one pays full price. If you don't have insurance, they give you a 20% discount on all services, and they do quality work. Visit them regularly, follow their advice, and your teeth will be fine. Do you want to live in a town with bad teeth? Of course not. They do dental like dental should be done. Thank you, Community Dental.

I went to Community Dental five years ago and I Had a bad experience I went today and the experience I had deserves a 5 star rating! I felt that the dentist cared about my teeth and I also did not feel judged!! Looking forward to my next appointment to get my fillings fixed and my other teeth that need a little TLC thanks Community Dental team!
