Great, caring staff. Dentist is efficient and considerate of time. Caring and compassionate about comfort level and attention to care.
I work up the street servicing an elementary school, my dog comes to school everyday as a therapy animal. It was too hot to leave him in the car during my appointment, as I was coming straight from work to the appointment. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating and allowing the dog to accompany me during my treatment. Above and beyond!

My son goes to this dentistry so I thought I would give it a try. They were so comprehensive. The higentist and doctor outlined a care plan that was cost effective AND quick (as quick as having 44 extractions and 1 root canal can be🤷🏻‍♀🤦🏻‍♀).

I have never had a more positive experience at a dental office than my first experience at West Penn Dental. They really took the time to explain everything they were going to be doing to my almost 3 year old, made him super comfortable throughout his visit, and even let him hang out with them while I had my own appointment. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend them.

WOW I had not been to the dentist in more than 11 years due to anxiety about dental care. When I worked with people with disabilities some were patients here and I saw how truly amazing and kind the staff were. So I thought I would be comfortable, but my experience was better than expected! Dr. Steines is so kind and pleasant. The dental hygienist was understanding and did great work. I never imagined leaving a dental office feeling positive and better than when I walked in. My teeth are amazingly clean and I wasn’t pressured into anything I wasn’t ready for. I have a good plan of care for my teeth and I can’t wait to go back.

Dr. Greg has treated me with kindness and much knowledge concerning my dental issues. So good to have such wonderful care! No more anxiety going to the dentist for me!

Dr. Gregory T. Steines is a great dentist. I always have been afraid of dentist so afraid that I haven't been to one in years and Dr. Steines helped me through this and I still have some more dental work to be done and the fear of having it done now is going away. He is always making sure you are comfortable and that you are not feeling any pain form him working and after he is done there is still no pain. The office staff is very nice and personable and will make you feel comfortable as you are waiting on your appointment and they are all able and willing to answer any questions you may have. All-round good people and very caring.

Wonderful staff and service! My husband and I go regularly. They provide personalized service and do not do unnecessary procedures. We brought our 2.5 year old. Abbey and Dr. Steines were patient and made him feel very comfortable! The experience was very smooth! Great place for the whole family.

Very friendly,, I had a great dental assistant,, relaxed 😌 friendly atmosphere.. my dentist was great 👍 explained everything very well .trust him completely. Office decorations are adorable make it very laid back. Just a good experience after being so disappointed with other dentists... great bunch of people

Today i had my first appointment with this dental office. Good service, staff takes the time to explain procedures and next steps. I am afraid the dentist and they made me feel comfortable. My next appointmemt is next Monday. We will see how it goes...

West Penn Dental Center is a great place to have your dental care done. The staff is very professional and pleasant. The office is immaculate and beautifully decorated. But, most of all, their dental work is superb. It is located in Carnegie... Easy to get to and easy to find. I recommend them highly.

I haven’t been to a dentist in years and they were so calming and great at West Penn Dental. I was extremely nervous to go but they explained everything to me in detail and walked me through the entire examination. I cannot recommend this dental office more! Thank you so much

When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly woman , she got me all signed in and I was taken quickly. The lady that assisted the doctor put me at ease! The doctor came in and all my fears were gone ! Great place and the young lady that I talked about the bill was very nice and knowledgeable! Had a great experience will be back. Kathy defeo

After relocating to the Pittsburgh area we had to find all new health services. We truly struck gold when we chose West Penn Dental Center! The front office and the 2 different dental assistants (one for each visit) were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Steines explained everything so I knew what to expect as he worked on my teeth. He made sure I wasn't feeling pain and that all was good when he finished. Absolutely recommend.

As a first time patient, I had a great experience with the dental hygienist, the dentist and the office staff that helped me. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Both the dentist and the dental hygienist were forthcoming about the treatment I might need and what they can do. I really felt cared for. Another doctor even went out of his way to help me as I was arriving at the practice. He called out to me from his car and showed me an alternative handicap entrance to the practice. He then went in then came around and opened the door to let me in then showed me the way to the front desk. I was impressed by his kindness.

I love going to West Penn Dental. I just had an appointment Friday and it felt really productive. The staff came out to assist me inside since I have a hard time walking
I can't wait to get back there for my next appointment....
