Highly recommend. Looking for a long term or short term storage facility this is definitely your place.

The storage facility is great and the staff even better! They provided the necessary info and answered all our questions. Setting up a contract for a unit was easy & quick. They were friendly and responded quickly to calls. We would not hesitate to recommend them to any friends or family in need of a nice, clean, well maintained storage facility!

Overall, I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Every aspect of my experience there was great - from the initial move in process, to changing unit sizes, to a small issue I had with billing (my fault), to closing/moving out of our unit. Place was always well kept, someone was always available when I needed them, and I always felt like my belongings were safe there. I think I would find it hard to consider going to another storage provider in the future if the need arose, because Oakridge Storage checked every box and then some. If you need a storage space, I'd recommend them above anywhere else.

Excellent owners and facility. We stored out 30ft travel trailer there for the past year. Facility is monitored 24/7, and you use a keypad for entry and exit. Great communication, easy online monthly payment system. Would definitely use again for storage needs!

Great Rental Experience! This was our first ever storage rental and Oakridge has now set a high bar. We expect any future rental sites to measure up to the cleanliness, ease of use, and the great customer service we found here. Their rates are very reasonable, and I found the common areas to be well-maintained.

We had two climate controlled bins and one outside bin. All of our stuff, in storage for almost seven months, was in perfect shape when we retrieved it.

Highly recommend to anyone in the Johnstown area looking for storage.

Incredibly Accomodating, Friendly Owners

This facility is very new, and consequently in great shape. The owners do a great job, and are incredibly great to work with. I personally was having a nightmare of a move, and ended up arriving much later than expected. They were still very accomodating and friendly, and helped me get set-up when I needed it most (other local storage facilities I had contacted were not willing to help me in any way remotely close).

In short, the facilities are nice, the owners are great, and my experience was very positive. I would recommmend this facility to anyone.

Clean facility, all fenced in, great access, great rates. The owners are super and just lovely people. My husband and I have a local business and rent several units from Oakridge Storage. Im there sometimes all different hours of the day and night getting supplies for the store, I do carry! But even if i didnt I feel very safe there...5 Stars to Oakridge Storage 😊

This is the cleanest storage I have ever used.The folks that run it could not be any nicer. I had to leave my belongings and move to another state. I knew my belongings were in good hands and safe. I would recommend them to any one . I thank oakridge storage for everything.

Excellent customer service. Owners are very sweet. Rented a temperature controlled storage for a year with fabric sofa and mattresses inside. No mold or dampness. Clean. Would highly recommend.

Great storage facility! Needed storage for my college age daughter's things. Climate controlled unit kept things moisture free during the summer. Secure entry and exit was a plus as we needed paperwork late one night.

They go out of their way to help how ever they can. Everything was clean and accessible, even with the construction of new units. They make themselves available when needed. Multiple layered security systems. All in all some of the nicest business owners I have come across in a long time.
