In Late November of last year (2018), I requested a follow appointment after visiting med express. They could not see more for a week (neither doctor). The staff in charge of answering the phones & schedule became belligerent & rude. A few days later, I went to the emergency room where I learned I had an infection throughout my organs & had I not went I could’ve died. Today, I learned that since I hadn’t been there in over a year they would not refill my prescription that I need to take daily. The prescription requires that I go for routine bloodwork which I do religiously for my own well being. I said I will go for the bloodwork immediately & come for my appointment Monday (the soonest they could see me.) They still refused to prescribe my medicine. The staff again became belligerent & rude. Neither doctor which were in the building would explain their reasoning & left it to their staff to degrade & belittle me. There was no bedside manner or respect for my well being. The practice is extremely unprofessional. Run when choosing your next PCP. These folks do NOT care about their patients.

Office staff wasn’t very helpful and doesn’t work with you.
