Ashley Store

I recently had an excellent experience shopping for an adjustable bed frame and purple mattress at Ashley Furniture. Sean worked with me throughout my shopping and he couldn’t have been more helpful…he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and did not try to pressure me into buying anything that I didn’t want. I would purchase from them again because of his terrific customer service. The delivery of my adjustable bed frame was smooth and efficient. The only thing that I have not received yet are my headboard brackets but hopefully those will be delivered soon.

Jami was super helpful and understanding what we were looking for and insured we walked out with what we both wanted and needed. Had to run home and confirm measurements and was more than understanding and gave us some ideas in the process. This is my second large haul from this store replacing a living room set and bringing in a new dining room set as well. Would highly recommend

I picked up furniture from the Johnstown store. Rob,Ben,Ty,Matt, and Nate were the staff who loaded the furniture into my trailer. It was a great experience because, we all were laughing and joking while they explained how to put it together and answer any questions I had. Definitely a five star place!

Ashley's was really great to work with and buy from also. Very patient, very helpful and not pushy at all. I would highly recommend giving them a try when looking for furnitre etc. I am very satisfied and they have great deals too.

Went with my sister in law to look for a mattress. Was greeted by Tifanie who asked all the right questions and was so helpful. When I went to pick up the mattress, Rob, Tim and Ben made the whole process a breeze. Again, they were also kind and helpful. If I have a furniture purchase in the future, will definitely be going to Ashley’s.

Sean was awesome! So attentive and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely contact him in the future.

I had a great experience here. I'm so excited for my things to arrive and Scott, the sales rep, was so helpful trying give me my option without being too pushy or demanding about anything, and he was knowledgable and patient with me as I tried to stay within my budget and make my decisions. He gave me lots of different options and suggestions to make the most out of my experience!! I'll definitely be back in the future! THANKS SCOTT!! ☃

We spoke with a Scott on the sales floor when shopping for our choice of new couch. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. When we made our purchase, we were serviced by Ben. Again, excellent service and highly knowledgeable on product. Both men are an asset to your business and I would certainly be pleased to work with them again in the future.

We just bought a couch and had Scott helping us!! He was so polite and helped us with everything we needed!!

We just left the store and purchased, a reclining sectional sofa, end tables, and matress. My husband and I were saying how wonderful and professional everyone was at the store. Mostly our salesperson who couldn't of been more helpful!! Ask for Sean. He's the best.

I had told Scotty Geibig that I was bringing my elderly mother up for a new bed. And before we got there he had been researching the best bed for her. It went very easily and the first bed we looked at that he picked out was perfect for her. He is kind and courteous and you always feel welcome by him in the store. The rest of the staff was very joyful and pleasant also. We have made Ashley furniture in Johnstown our first place to look for our furniture needs. The only complaint that I might have is that the delivery guys, whom were kind and respectful would not allow me to try the different heights of the legs that attached to the adjustable bed frame to find out which one would make the best height for my elderly mother to get in and out of the bed. When I spoke with Scotty G later he offered to come to my mothers home and help me attach the headboard with the brackets that came with the bed and try different leg heights to see which ones are best for her to enter and exit the bed. Ashley's furniture which I'm sure already knows would be hard-pressed to find someone more caring to work for them.

Andrea is a gem! She was so knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. She was such a pleasure to work with! I will definitely be back - this Ashley has a beautiful showroom and selection:). -Sharon Sievert

Rob from repairs was amazing! Called me and arrived at my house within 15 minutes of him calling me and had my couch fixed in 5 minutes. Very professional and great personality!!

Amazing service! I got two pillows from Allie, who is super funny and positive! Her and Scott got me a great deal! Plus, I was greeted by the friendly Sean, Jami, and Logan. Will definitely stop by again!

Rob came today to fix my party time furniture he was professional and got us set in the right direction! Would recommend Rob a ton! Also recommend Trish the GM and Greta the sales person both were very helpful and compassionate and went above and beyond! Last I will recommend Bonnie who is at the corporate office she is amazing, and aims to please and follows through to be sure everything is completed and the customer is happy!!

All employees I had interaction with were extremely helpful. Kathryn kept continuous communication with me about my delivery status. Very happy with the customer care.

We had a great experience at Ashley’s furniture in Johnstown, pa. Chad helped us out tremendously and found us exactly what we wanted! We will be back! All the staff also treated our young kids like they were celebrities and they loved it and made the experience that much more enjoyable!!

Tiffany and Benjamin made my experience truly amazing. I’ve bought from tiff before and she is the only person I want to work with now. They have made me a repeat customer for real. If you need to buy furniture, hit them up!
