Had a semi-involved transaction having to do with an estate for which I'm executor.

MOST of the institutions I've had to conduct business with have had to make two or three phone calls and/or consult with their coworkers to figure out what to do, and then take an hour to do it.

Amanda took no more than 20 minutes, did everything I needed done, and never broke stride.
