I ordered a 23 slide complete. Had issues for awhile. Realized what problems were.sent email.
Here's where a good company stands up .sends all tag to me 2 weeks even though we went through Christmas etc. New slide tested and complete. I just left the range 50 rounds no issues.you made a repeat customer from here on out.

Ordered twice over this past Black Friday crunch. Their whole shipping system went haywire, spitting out old used tracking numbers. They got back to my email in less than an hour pretty late into the evening, though, and still got me my items faster than they thought they would need (and faster than their website's lead time). I know these guys were probably not having a great time when their shipping system zonked out in (I'd assume) their busiest time of the year, but they went above and beyond anyway. I won't hesitate to order from them again.

I had a whole long review written and messed it up dropping my phone amd it hitting refresh. 5 stars. Customer for years. No issues. Many builds. Good people. Stop the negativity.

I Placed my order near the peak of people buying so I knew and expected some delays in shipping. When arrived, there was a minor error with my order, I sent an email and within 24 hours they replied and fixed the error. Great company and the customer service was excellent! I will be happy to support them with future purchases

I know there are a lot of negative reviews. I read some and was a little worried. I have contacted twice and have received responses quickly. They have the best prices. Please pay attention to their Shipping Delay notifications. I ordered the PF940c. Still waiting for my product but looking forward receiving it in the time promised. They have been very helpful and come highly recommended. Frame and jig have shipped and Slide was 4 week delay. Hoping for sooner but understand if not. Was given advanced notice.

I ordered a G19 kit with barrel, slide, and upper and lower parts. When purchased online I paid to have it shipped but a few days later I was in the area and called to pick it up in person. They told me they needed a few hours to get it ready and it was ready when I arrived. A few days later I saw they refunded my shipping charge which I was not expecting. For me I had a good experience.

Right from the start Jsd was excellent. My pf940c polymer 80 and slide with kit arrived 1 week from purchace date.
All questions I had were answered within a couple hours at most. I also found the staff to be quite knowledgeable and professional. I can't forget to mention the great prices compared to others. Finished my build in 1 hour and it worked perfectly. Did I mention this was my first build ever? A big thank you to everyone at Jsd supply, hats off.

After dealing with not so great company I ordered from these guys, my package was fulfilled and shipped in less than a day, and with them being so close, should be arriving in the same week. Response time was absolutely immaculate when it came to answering questions, I’d definitely recommend

Jordan and his crew - are awesome and great PA business asset. A lot of people cry over shipping times but they are impatient and feel entitled to a 3 day shipping time . It’s unrealistic. When I was deployed to Iraq- try 5-7 weeks for a package from MOM. They literally chatted with me for 20 mins at the eagle arms guns show. COOL guys and great business men.

I purchased my first P80 G19 from JSD Supply at the Chantilly VA gun show, and they were extremely helpful. It took me about 1.5 hours to complete the build and it shoots flawlessly. Purchased my second kit a G26 and had some mechanical issues but I was able to complete it. Can wait to purchase another kit in a few weeks again at the Chantilly show.

I read old reviews and JSD responses, read the most current review and decided to contact JSD. I've been at this search for over a year. Stock everywhere has been an industry issue. The one difference with JSD, they responded within seconds to a chat and continued to chat to my satisfaction. All other entities in the industry never responded to a chat and only like 2 responded to emails but even that took weeks. I do understand supply/demand, and the legislation issues affecting the industry. TODAY - that all changed for me, I took a risk but it would have been the same risk as with any other business. The prices were excellent in comparison, but the customer service stood out as #1. I certainly hope that my order is fulfilled as timely as they are able. If so, I will return to do more business.

this was my first time ordering from JSD supply and I would recommend them over anyone. I had a small issue with one of the parts in a kit I ordered and they were quick to respond and got me what I needed the same week.

Purchased a few different items from JSD. They have always been great in helping me correct my own mistakes and always answered my emails with in the hour. I would highly recommend them to any one. Thank you Jordan for bring so patience and helpful with a beginner!

Great company and products. They go out of the way to help you with things.If you don't like it, then shop on eBay and get screwed over.

Jordan’s great, reply’s to emails within 48 hours and is very accommodating will be ordering from them again in the future 10/10 would recommend if your having second thoughts, Don’t these guys are A1.

I dunno why all the negative reviews...these guys were extremely responsive answered all questions and solved any issues quickly ....only down side is you aren't going to get 2 day shipping...I didn't mind the wait because I knew the product was on back order and said could take up to 8 weeks ...I order on Aug 21 and received on Sept 26 much quicker then expected...would definitely recommend if u don't mind a lil wait time ...great product also had it build with in hrs ...thanks JSD supply!

Wow I can't believe all the negative reviews I've been buying from this company for over 3yrs at shows and online had nothing but success I guess people don't realize what it takes to be an inventor and run a company. Patience
