The store is great! Customer service is beyond amazing! Lots of cool items for a great price. They have name brand items at reduced prices. I love coming here to support small businesses and I always find some nice new decor. There’s also great ice cream for anyone with a sweet tooth. Definitely check out D3 Surplus!!

Visited D3 with the family. Lots of variety in a local store. Nice to have a place like this so close to home. Owners and staff are wonderful and friendly. Ice Cream is a great touch! Lots of wonderful flavors. Enjoyed our visit and the kids always have to have ice cream (which I agree with). I highly recommend blueberry cheesecake. My kids LOVVVVEE the Blue Panda!!!!

We recently ordered a stunning console table from D3 Surplus Outlet and, unfortunately the item suffered some slight damage in shipping. HOWEVER, Jamie from D3 worked with me and graciously resolved the issue in record time. Communication was stellar and it was absolutely a breath of fresh air to receive such excellent customer service. I've ordered regular products as well as their new mystery boxes online. I was really impressed with the variety and quality of the mystery boxes and they gave me all the sizes I asked for in the clothing one. Additionally, the prices are very good and for all my orders they have shipped them out quickly! They are also responsive on Facebook Messenger.

A joy to work with and real quality options! Looked overwhelming upon first glance but with the help of the owner and his dad I left with an incredible (like seriously unbeatable, I started feeling a little bad) deal on some furniture and other household items. 110% recommend for anything house, bedroom, bathroom, etc. Willing to work with you to bundle items for unreal prices. I don’t want to say these super nice people gave it away but they basically gave it away. Planning to return for the remainder of my household needs.

D3 is a gem in downtown Portage, in the old Sassy Sisters restaurant. The business is family owned and operated, and the owners and employees are friendly and incredibly helpful. Visiting the store is an experience each time we go - they have something for everyone. From furniture to home products to outdoor fun like bikes and ride-on kid's toys, I bet you can find it there. Oh - they sell ice cream, too. My wife and I like to stop in for hand dipped waffle cones, but they have some fun offerings like ice cream nachos or ice cream burritos, that I will try soon. D3 is definitely worth a visit, to try something new and exciting. It's a family-friendly atmosphere and they're willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Now that summer is on the way, can't wait to get back for ice cream more often!

Just ordered a set of cookware from them, I asked the condition before buying. They confirmed it was new and unused. They called me today before they shipped it out to check on it again and noticed a handle was broken in half. They worked with me to either repair it or asked if I still wanted it before sending it out!
