Speicher Select Properties LLC

I have purchased several properties with Speicher Select Properties and will continue to purchase more. Before I started working with them, I called several other realtors in Johnstown but nobody was as responsive or knowledgeable in my opinion. They manage my properties as well and their experience clearly shows.

We're out of town landlords and have been happy with the Speicher team of managers. They were efficient in renting out our rental in a timely manner, knowledgeable, honest, and very organized. Thank you Kerry & Don! Highly recommend the company!

Paid my rent on time, but with Covid-19 I didn't interact with anyone. Never had any problems.

Awesome rentals at a great price,, and they're one of the few in the area that take time with you on whether you're buying a property or if you absolutely need somewhere to rent they will handle all your needs...

Little to no integrity if you are looking for a clean and safe housing option. Rugs in the current place are still filthy after professional cleaning and won’t be replaced per Don. He does not “believe” in black mold in a washing machine. Would rather find a work around then major fix plumbing issues. Very dissatisfied with the “management” of this property. Also disgusted with the Johnstown Housing Authority who inspected and approved this home for Section 8.

I wish that I can give him zero stars. Don Speicher is a miserable old man who promises to make things happen and he never follows suit. Very unprofessional and he gives you the run around and asks to email him and his assistant multiple times because apparently they are not on the same page. I called about the landlord-tenant lease agreements for all of my tenants that he said that he was going to take care of but he didn't. He asked me to email the information several times and I did but he never responded to me. I called and called and left messages but nothing. Last conversation was this morning. I asked him how was it going with my tenant's lease agreements he told me very nasty to find someone else and he hung up the phone on me after 1 month of giving me the run around. He's lazy and doesn't want to work. He should retire if he doesn't want to work with people. And God forbid you call him at 11:50am because his lunch is at 12 noon which supersedes any client. He'll tell you that he'll call back but I think he forgets to because of his old age. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. I PROMISE.... .

They do not give up to you in a timely fashion and yet they still have not gotten back to me and it's beand it's been more than a week
