I cant say enough about what a great experience it was working with Bill and Sue. They truly went above and beyond selling the estate of my Father. This was a difficult time for me especially living in Oregon with my Father's estate in Pennsylvania. Bill and Sue walked me through the entire process, worked with my estate attorney and even took care of hiring the landscaping service, auction house, and clean out crew. They made everything easy for me and kept in constant communication even with the 3 hour time difference. The property sold for more than I expected with multiple offers. THANKS doesnt seem like enough. They really did care about making the process as easy as possible for me. THANK YOU again Bill and Sue you guys were amazing.

Erin Gavin is the best! I bought a house from her in 2015, sold two in 2017, and bought another in 2017. I consider her a friend after working with her over the years.
