Crate & Barrel

Gorgeous light flows through this Crate and Barrel due to the modern design of the building. The store is impeccable with new items added frequently. The furniture is comfortable and well made with mostly neutral tones and natural materials. There are a few items in the baby/child section but not a lot. The kitchen section is pretty big with everything from espresso makers to tablecloths to cutlery. A great place to start for someone furnishing a new home.

The staff are absolutely fabulous. Three young people helped us. Each of them had great attitudes and went out of their way to find the last of the Kitchenaid set of whisks. And the stock room had it by the registers before we reached checkout.

If I could give more stars I would. I went in tonight to get wedding gifts for my niece's wedding. Shannon and Sally assisted my husband, daughter and I get items from her registry for gifts from multiple family members. They retrieved the items we chose and carefully packed them into 5 different boxes. They made everything so easy. I walked out of the store with gifts for 7 of my family members to give and all were expertly boxed.

Trimika was an exceptional sales lady! She helped my husband and me find what we were looking for, and, when that pan turned out to be too big for our needs, Trimika went above and beyond to find something that would work for us and that was in our budget. We also asked her about other products of interest, and Trimika made sure that we had all of our questions answered thoroughly. If she didn't know the answer, she went out of her way to get the right answer from her manager, Jessica, who was also very helpful to us. Both of these ladies deserve raises and bonuses for their excellent service! Thank you both!

Large, 2 story building, nice location. Pleasant people willing to help you when need be but astute enough to leave you to yourself to take it all in.

Very nice store, well maintained. An excellent place to find a nice gift for a special person.

Great seasonal items, love the large platters for family gatherings

Best customer service in the world!!! One of then buttons of the sofa that I purchased fell off. I emailed the sales representative (Michelle Golding) and with a few emails with the picture of the cushions, replacements was ordered on my behalf. Michelle even replied to my emails on her off days. She goes above and behind to serve her clients. Truly impressed.

When the replacement arrived at the store, received email for pick up with clear instructions. As soon as I arrived, the crew worker brought the merchandise to my car. Waiting time was about 20 seconds!!! What more can you ask??!!!! Love their products and service!!!

What can I say ... if it weren't for bridal shower registries, this place wouldn't be business. Nice stuff, a lot of $$$

Lot of options for crockery.

One of my favorite places to browse. Quality furniture and kitchen stuff and medium high prices. Look for things on sale.

A nice clean store that is well-stocked. The associates at this location are friendly and go out of their way to help. Great shopping experience

(1) I love that they were open before 12 PM on Sunday.

I usually get Glassware and Dinnerware. I also got some cute placemats for $4.95.

The store was clean and the staff was really helpful. Google maps says this location is in the mall and it’s not! It’s a stand alone store out front.

The sales associates here are super kind and were really helpful. Eli really helped my wife and I pick out some great pieces for our move and we really appreciated his patience even though he was supposed to clock out. Thanks again and will definitely come back!

We went specifically for new dishes & I really thought this would make it a one stop shopping trip- they had many choices that were lovely. Customer service was just the right amount of information & no pressure. The perfect solution simply wasn't there that day but we'll be back for other items because they carry many superb items left for us to buy!

My experience here was lovely. We came to look for potential furniture options and someone helped us find everything we needed and was extremely nice. He helped us find different table options and they have a great variety. The store is very big but tidy and the layout is very easy to follow. The location is also great because it is close to the mall and restaurants.

Most of our home is furnished by crate and barrel. I love the balance of quality and function (plus the prices are reasonable).
Best part of this store is my favorite sales associate Chris Wells! He is so helpful, great suggestions, so attentive.

Stylish affordable furniture and household items are standard at crate and barrel. Sometimes you can get coupons and be sure to check the clearance section to save a little. The products sold here are high quality and are sure to last a long time. Staff are excellent and professional. Kind of an upscale IKEA.

I love Crate & Barrel. I lose track of the time when I am in here. The kitchen items are handy and sturdy. I've only ever bought items on the first floor but they have such a variety for different styles and tastes. And some of the selection is actually quite affordable. I've wandered up to the second floor and there are a few pieces I've had my eye on. The customer service people are great and so willing to help. They've helped me to my car when I had several fragile items to carry.
