First, I'd like to know why my friend is being told that you require 7-10 days PER PAGE to fill out paperwork. That makes no sense when I had very similar paperwork filled out two months ago, several pages in fact, and it took four days IN TOTAL. I am absolutely irate to hear this. I've advised my friend to seek legal counsel for lost wages.

Secondly, my review. The desk staff is horrid and rude. Martinez wastes so much of your own personal time so that he can maximize his client load-as in overwhelm the office so that it functions as slowly as possible. Don't ever mention that you would like a second opinion, because he will actually take a tone with you. He asks rather prying questions that aren't necessary for health, about personal life. He is not educated in psychology but seems to think he is.

I'll be looking for a new primary care provider first thing Thursday morning. Hearing how you're taking advantage of patients is messed up and I'm not going to give you my money for it. So you have one less patient now, do your job.
