Beautiful selection and stunning sample quilts on display. Very inspiring.

Extremely friendly and welcoming. Enormous selection of fabric somehow organized well in a small footprint. They even have a vary regional-specific quilt fabric and pattern (Stars Over Gettysburg)!

My group visits this shop every time we come to Carlisle for our quilt retreat. Great little shop with a good selection of up to date fabrics, helpful staff and, parking is in a garage behind.

They a gem in all the ruckus of fabric world. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They don't have bamboo fabrics but the variations of cottons and other linens is awesome! They also giv classes which is great for noobs. X-]

Very helpful staff! Quality quilt fabrics for my projects. Owner is very knowledgeable about quilting/sewing and she is a good resource as questions arise with your projects. Just took a quilt class there to learn a different way of piecing blocks. Great instructor, project turned out beautifully. Nice shop on the cute Pomfret Street community!

Came in because of the great selection of high quality quilting cottons. The employees are friendly and helpful. Came back to find some fabric for a colonial Halloween costume - ended up with some beautiful silk, velvet ribbon, and delicate lace. There are some hidden treasures here! I feel lucky to have found someone so helpful as I embark on this project!

I stopped in the shop today for the first time. Alice is a pure pleasure, she is extremely friendly and helpful. I learned a couple things from her in the hour or so that I was there. They carry a beautiful assortment of fabrics. Will definitely be stopping by there again

My new favorite place! Huge selection of quality fabric. It seems to me there is something for anyone from traditional prints to whimsical. The staff was helpful and friendly. The prices seemed fair, $10-11 per yard for brands like moda.

This is a great shop with a nice selection of fabrics. I found novelty fabrics that I couldn't resist, and the lady who waited on me was delight! She even shared web resources for patterns for me to check out later. I will definitely being stopping back in when I get to Carlisle again.

This is my go-to fabric store for finishing my projects! They have a great selection of blenders and moda marbles for background and borders! The quality of fabric is quilt-worthy, 100% cotton! They also have a great selection of batiks and novelty for baby quilts! Next time you are in Carlisle, stop in and check it out!!! Bring your guild membership card for a discount!

Omg so helpful. I came in asking about stippling for quilting and was made very informed of what to use, how to do it and best thread strength to use. I know once I have my quilt top done I’m going to buy my backing fabric these ladies. Best kept secret in pa!

Mr. Richard Raudabaugh owns the Fabric Center at 41 W. Pomfret St. Carlisle, PA. He is the original owner, (has been for over 50 years ).I'm sorry for the bad experience you had 2 yrs. ago. I believe you would have a different experience if you shopped there today. If you would identify yourself when you come in to Mr.Raudabaugh I am sure you will be happy with the service and discount you will receive. He is there on Tues. and Thurs.. Other days you will find him in Camp Hill on Gettysburg Rd.at Gerbers Draperyland. He has his Window Treatment Showroom there as well as his Drapery Workroom. He is also one of the Hunter Douglas Representatives for our area and has a beautiful display of their Shades.

I live this place. I only wish I would have come across it sooner. They're amazing. Fine quality cotton woven fabrics and amazing notions.
