I’ve been coming here for 10 years give or take. I have never had a bad experience. Receptionists are always polite. Nurses and assistants are nice and helpful. I see a nurse practitioner and she is wonderful. I don’t know why so many bad reviews.

I have been coming here for two years and never had a bad experience at this place. The staff are always professional, personable, compassionate and pleasant and I've never had trouble getting an appointment. Alison is an amazing PA, and has always been my provider of choice. Keep up the good work!

Hello. I have been a patient at this practice since 1989. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Albright is a great doctor. I must give Wilda & Marylynn a 5 star review as well. They make me feel very comfortable, and that is important. Highly recommend this practice.

Ok so I recently became a new patient after an ER visit. I am so surprised to all the negative reviews. I looked at reviews before going in and I was prepared for horrible service. I received probably the best service from a PCP here. I believe her name is Jenna. She listened to my needs, my concerns and recommended a treatment plan. Due to the accident I was unable to work. I work at a warehouse (very popular online retailer) lifting heavy boxes all day and walking 9 hours a day. They needed paperwork filled out from my PCP. Jenna was very prompt and filled out all the documents needed. I utilized the online chart to send messages. They were always responded to quickly. The front desk staff is always friendly and never made me feel like my privacy was invaded. This office is about 20 minutes away from where I live. I have highmark insurance so I can pretty much go anywhere but I will drive the distance for a PCP I am comfortable with. On a side note, I am Hispanic and never felt any type of discrimination or racism here. I feel bad for people who have had that experience. 5/5 for me.

Dr. Bhaskaruni is the best PCP I have ever had. She listens, prioritizes my care, and I can tell that she genuinely cares. The front desk staff is also unmatched! Always a warm, friendly atmosphere.

I've always had a great experience here. Very quick in and out. The doctors/practitioners I've seen have been very friendly, attentive and helpful. Same with everyone really. I regret that i have to change my dr's office location as my work is moving and this location is no longer convenient to me.

I enjoy coming to this practice. Front desk staff is amazing always has a minute to chat with me. Alison is a great PA. Sometimes they are busy and I have to go to Allbettercare and the staff at Allbettercare are great as well. I love the fact that I have more choices other than the hospital.

I absolutely love all the Staff! They are polite friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, and they have such great personalities. And Doctor Allison is fantastic she truly listens and helps with your issues you're having.

I moved to the area within the last year and became a patient of this practice. I've been very satisfied with everybody from the front office to Dr. Albrights services. I highly recommend.

We’ve been going here for almost a year and we’ve never had issues. The staff is nice, we are in and out without a lot of wait time, and we’ve felt like we’re cared for. Thoroughly happy with the doctors.

Great time there when we have to go. We take our toddler here and she is just shown with nothing but love and respect. We suggest this office to people all the time.
