Dr Patel is horrible !
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the treatment that my mother received during her recent visit to your office. As a patient seeking medical care,I was shocked and deeply disturbed by the way that you treated me, and my mother which included asking unnecessary questions that were not related to my health issue, showing discrimination towards my mother gender and race, and displaying zero knowledge about my mother medical history.Furthermore, I was appalled by your rude behavior and the way that you yelled at me during our interaction. As a medical professional, it is your responsibility to treat all patients with respect and dignity, regardless of their gender, race, or any other factor. Discrimination in any form is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any healthcare setting.
It is deeply concerning to me and my mother that a healthcare provider would behave in such a manner, and I feel that it is important for me to bring this to your attention. As a patient, my mother deserve to be treated with compassion, empathy, and professionalism. Instead, my mother was subjected to a demeaning and disrespectful experience that left me and my mother feeling extremely uncomfortable and distressed.

I would appreciate a response from you regarding this matter, as I believe that it is important for you to address and rectify your behavior. I hope that you will take this opportunity to reflect on your actions and strive to provide better care to your patients in the future.

This office is absolutely horrible!!! They refuse to fill my husband's medication on time. He has to pick up a script because it's a controlled medication. But he has gone over a week without it and they still refuse to fill ot. He has doctor Patel, the doctor who doesn't believe in medication. Gaps in medication are not safe for people taking the medication my husband is on and he has been having bad symptoms of medication withdrawal, which can happen with any medication, but are very prominent with his long term care medications.
Then Linda who is my doctor, refused to help me even though I'm home bound and my last doctor there had always helped me before leaving. So I asked about in home doctors and the entire staff said they didn't know. Come to find oit, Pinnacle has an in home doctor staff these morons had no clue about, and they were in the area. My case managers boss told me about them and I was able to get in touch. Sad to say that they didn't know about the services within the company they work for!
If you want quality care, please dont go to this office. They are a bunch of lazy, ignorant people who couldn't care less about keeping you healthy or continuing your long term care. I will never be going back to this office as long as I'm alive.

Dr Patel is absolutely horrible. Basically misinformed me about everything, was unable to even work his own chart program, and sent me on my way ,in absolute tears and inconsolable. What an incredibly horrific experience I would advise others to do what they could to avoid it at allcosts.
