Hershey Road Campground

This place was perfect for me and my small family. We camper here November to mid march. The staff were always super kind and helpful, the store at the front was nice and a great place for last minutes needs.

Sites are decent size, location is great. Lots of road noise if you stay in the front pull thru sites, constant vehicle traffic going by. Will stay again, just towards the back. They had great activities for the kids. Pool area and mini golf looked great. Fantastic communication via text about activities and such.

We enjoyed this campground. Very clean. The staff in the office and site staff were helpful and friendly. Kathy the manager is great!! Sites at the top are open but if you choose one below the pavilion area the are away from the road and very nice. We were site 186 and enjoyed it. Not a party spot so if looking for that look elsewhere.

We rented 3 cabins and 1 campground spot for a 3 day weekend. Cabins were new. Clean, bright, and well stocked- even porch with great chairs!
Campsites were nice and we were close to the cabins, making eating together easy. Great pool and splashpad and even better, when one cabins forgot their personal candy bars, they helped us reunite

Very happy with this campground. Very well maintained, staff was very friendly and helpful. Sites by the cabins were on the skinny side but long which made it feel more spacious. It was not busy when we stayed (early July) so there were not many activities going on. The pool area was great. Mini golf is pretty good and free. It was a quiet relaxing stay. Hershey is about 25 minutes away. I've also stayed at Gettysburg which is owned by the same people, and both have that laid back relaxing vibe. They are not quite your activity filled, busy campgrounds like some may be looking for. But still plenty of things to do when you're not at Hershey park.

The staff was very friendly and helped us with an early check in. They were knowledgeable about the town, the attractions and best roads to take when getting to them. The grounds are well maintained. Kid and pet friendly. Dog park, beautiful pool, mini golf (free), a pond and lots of green space. We stayed in gravel pull thru site overnight but wished we had more time to stay here. Overall a great family RV park.

Just came back from spending a few days here all it was great. Everything was clean and extremely well maintained. We had a minor issue with their fuse within 15 minutes it was fixed. Nice pool which we didn't get a chance to use, small mini golf course but hey it's free. Had a small catch and release lake. It was quiet and felt like we were camping in a wide open with a background of a cold of crops. I mean that in a good way. Spaces were very spacious. If your going to Hershey forget the official Hershey campground where there's literally a train running all the time and heard it's packed tight: Only recommendation is firewood buy before you go cause it's 9 bucks for like 5 pieces but hey it's a firewood vending machine very cool. Thank you Hershey road we loved our stay

The campgrounds were super clean, staff was friendly and available for any issues. The campground was booked full for the weekend, and it was still so nice and quiet.
The cabins are so nice and clean, we loved sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs and watching everyone come to fish at the pond.
We will definitely be coming back.

We stayed at Hershey Road this year instead of Hershey Park RV for the soccer tournament and we were so happy we did!!! Not only was the service fantastic (super friendly front desk) but they went out of their way to help us. Our family enjoyed the activities which lacked at the other campground and LOVED miniature golf. What a great place to stay and will definitely be back here. Thank you for making our stay such an enjoyable one!

Highly recommend this campground. It is very family friendly and the staff is amazing. Kathy (manager) was very helpful with accommodating us for our long stay. There are lots of activities for children and the campground is well kept. We have had a great experience so far. Thank you Kathy for everything!

Our family LOVED staying here. The cabins were perfect for our stay and it accommodated us very well. Very cozy and clean. The campground is very well kept and it is very nice. Lots of things to do and beautiful views. Definitely will be staying here again and suggesting it to others!

I introduced my sister and her kids to RV camping. This place was Awsome. Big site with gravel and grass. The fire ring was big and fit 5 of us nicely around it. Mini golf was fun. Pool was clean and so was the bathrooms. We were on top of the park at site 117 and the view of the moon and stars were incredible. We will be back!

Great campground! Grounds are very well maintained and clean. The bath houses were so clean and updated. The pool was amazing. Nicely located just outside of Hershey. Definitely will be going back.

This place was adorable. The amenities were clean at all times, grass kept, pool was adorable, and mini-golfing was so nice to add to our trip. The staff was so kind and my kids had a blast riding their bikes around the park. The sites were roomy and this place will be a repeat trip for us. Highly recommend!

One of the nicest and cleanest campgrounds we’ve ever stayed at. Friendly staff, great amenities for everyone. We came on Memorial Day as most were leaving had a nice quiet and relaxing weekday trip felt like we had entire section of campground to ourselves. Large pull through spaces in a great location easy drive to Hershey Park and local area attractions. Will definitely be returning anytime we’re in the area.

Hershey Park Campground is wonderful! It is beautifully kept and the staff is amazing. The mini golf course is fun and the pool is clean and beautiful. Would recommend! We even extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much.

My husband & I just had a wonderful stay at, Hershey Road Campground... the cabins are so lovely... queen size bed & bunk beds for the kids... plenty of room in side... the porch has rocking chairs over looking the lake... we enjoyed watching the kids fishing... The staff were so nice from the time we got there... Kathy the manager & Cindy greeted us as we walked in the door... & then we met Diane, Mitch Heidi, & Pam thought out our stay every one was so nice... & answer all our questions... we can't wait to go back next year....

Being our first trip in our camper it was an awesome first pick. Staff was very nice and helpful and the facilities were beautiful. Even the year around residents were helpful and friendly. The firewood dispenser machine was pretty cool also.

Very nice campground. Very clean and friendly staff. However, they need to enforce the 9 mph speed limit on the kids on the electric scooters. Someone is going to get seriously hurt and the parents of the speeding child are going to want to sue the driver or the campground. When it is their child’s fault for not obeying the speed limit.

Love this campground! My husband, son and I came for a little staycation for my birthday and it was very lovely. This campground is very well kept compared to some we have stayed at before. The bathrooms/shower houses were so clean and the showers are really nice! It was very hot this weekend so we headed to their pool/splash pad and my son loved it! Even though there’s a lot of people it didn’t feel to crowed. We also played some games in the game room and did a around of mini golf. Also last but not least the staff is very friendly and welcoming! We will be coming back for sure, and will be bringing some friends with us! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! 😁
