FYI You can receive a voucher for this place from a community center directly across the street make sure to provide ID for all people listed on your voucher as well when you plan on redeeming it .

This place is great its second hand clothing but most importantly its what they do for the community and i think thats great its cash only store as well

By far the best thrift store around. Extremely affordable pricing and great voucher program for those who need it in the community.

The employees are so happy to be working for a great cause and helped me out finding exactly what I needed.

I and everyone else there is extremely shocked at how amazingly low price everything is (1 or 2 dollars per item most of the time) Be aware it's CASH ONLY.

Got a really amazing suit (dress pants, dress shirt, vest, belt, and suit coat) for only $6. They deserve more support for those of us who can afford it so I highly encourage you to donate to them if you can ❤❤

This thrift store, hands down is my favorite in the Valley. As a heads up, THIS IS A CASH ONLY STORE! I've gotten so many gems here, and their prices are literally the best of any thrift store, in the Salt Lake Valley. If you're a vingage brand seeker then you will know what I mean. They have a variety of used, and new items. My mom and I only discover this store a few months ago, and I frankly wish I had found it sooner. Because of Covid, I know they limit the number of people in the store at a time, which I feel bad for because whenever I'm here with my mom we end up wanting to be here for hours. xD

I'm not just a shopper here, but I also love donating to this store(specifically the sort of things most needed for their program, which allows homeless or low income people to schedule appointments, to come in and get food, hygiene item, for themselves and their family.) And thats not and end to what this store does to help the community. They allow homeless or low income individual, an opportunity to work, in exchange for vouchers to buy clothes and other things that they need in the store. Which gives them a chance to gain employable work experience.

THEY TAKE THIER STAFF WITH VOUCHERS AS A PRIORITY, and I have no complaints(and that is being a huge cause to the mix reviews about this store). The staff is always friendly, and will ask us to limit our time if we're ever to long, but usually only when they have some of the staff with vouchers coming in(literally love this, because it shows their emphasis on trying assist the community) In the winter, they limit how many winter coats you can buy, and winter hats, gloves, to make sure that the people who needed them, have an opportunity to get them. They do have rules and limitations it seems from time to time, but we've never had an issue because they are always friendly and transparent as to why they have them.

I know this is a long review, but when I came to look at when they will be open next, I saw tons of mixed reviews...and frankly, I don't believe this little store deserves them. When I was much younger, my family needed community stores like this. I truly have a depth of appreciation for what this store does for its community, and look forward to shopping here every time.

While the selection is limited because, we'll, it's a thrift store, I'm giving crossroads thrift store AND resource pantry 5 stars. They were so kind to me and understanding. Not once did I feel like a nuisance despite my wild children doing what they do best. I wish I got the names of the man at the resource center and the woman at the thrift store because they were just phenomenal. You don't feel so bad about things when they are treating you so kindly.

So great. Love this place and the people who work there! I donate all my things here. So nice because if you need clothing you can get a voucher at the main Crossroads place and you get several outfits, shoes, coat, and other things if it’s specified on your voucher.

I love this place its one of my favorite thrift store because of their prices and also because of that young women how run this place she is so nice...
