Not only did they expedite our service transfer seamlessly, but they also managed to multitask effectively, assisting other customers without ever compromising the quality of service they provided to us. This store is fantastic. Greg was so helpful. He went above and beyond for my parents. They purchased an iPad for their plan and the updates were taking forever. Greg got everything fixed and set up. He told us to go get lunch and come back and it would be ready. Sure enough it was. Absolutely great service. I will always go back to this location.

I have to said Dimitri, Greg, and I forgot the one guy name that sitting up front. All 3 employees went out of their way to help him with my issues. definite Dimitri he was on the phone I believe for 4 hrs. with Verizon customer service. I highly recommended if you have any issues with Verizon cell phone service stop in and see these awesome staff members.

Greg was an excellent help! I originally went through the Halifax PA location to get questions answered to get my wife switched from AT&T, but the lady there didn't seem to have any knowledge of the phone plans or options. Spent over an hour with her and got nothing but pushed to the side while she answered her phone.
Greg was tentative and very knowable. Got us in and out with a new phone and watch within an hour. I can't say enough good about our experience.

David K. is hands down the nicest guy ever. I’ll be returning to this store specifically for him because it was such a fast, pleasant and stress free sale with him. I was there for less than an hour with my two year and not once did I feel like an inconvenience or rushed. I did not feel pressured once to buy stuff I didn’t want or need. He listened to me rather than tell me what I should do. Give this man a raise, promotion, parade ect. He deserves it! 😊

Logan was very helpful and very quick. While he showed me the more expensive phone, he worked with my needs to get a phone that will work out in the field. With a case, it was a quick transfer and efficient. I will be home in less than an hour with it set up.
