Dustin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My bed was delivered and set up in less than 24 hours. Delivery guys were great too. From price to service, a very positive experience all around.

Bought a mattress almost 2 years ago and went in due to wear on mattress with almost a 2 inch dip. Wyllie was very helpful and we will be having our new mattress delivered this week with existing warranty if we have any issues within the next 8 years. Very pleased with our results and service received.

Preface: I haven't bought anything from this store, yet. However, unless we find the deal of a life time next weekend when we go back out, my wife and I will, for sure, be back to purchase from Vermont Bedrooms and Dustin. He was incredible, especially since we told him up front we were not looking to buy that day. He found the best bed for us, had great knowledge of everything and was very sincere. Good variety of mattresses in a wide range of price points and types. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices, delivery fees and store policies seem better than many competitors.

Came up from South Carolina to purchase a bed for our disabled son. Staff was amazing and bed was delivered, set up and old one taken away. This was our 4th bed over the years. Our boy hardly turns on this memory foam bed! Thanks to all! 👍😁❤

After a lot of searching, we finally walked into Vermont Bedrooms. Immediately, I felt at ease. Lori was incredibly helpful in finding a mattress that was just right, as well as keeping in mind our set budget. Very excited to be sleeping on a new bed this upcoming weekend! I really enjoyed the purchase experience at Bed Express. I was avoiding This place at first but after going to Sleepy's I figured it couldn't be any worse. When at Sleepy's I felt like I was at a high pressure car dealership. I went to Bed Express and didn't feel that way at all. Just pure knowledge was given and no pressure to buy at all. No up sell pressure but more just trying to find out the mattress that felt the best.
Now what I most hate about any store is when the price is not displayed. As we wanted a mattress only at Sleepy's they had to look up the price on every mattress. That took about 3 - 5 minutes every time. Then I looked on there website while in the store and the prices they were giving me were $50 higher that the website every time. Well needless to say I packed my family up and left. The following day we went to Bed Express. Total opposite! We went in and all pricing was proudly displayed. Not only did we not get up sold but we kinda were down sold in a way as we ended up purchasing a mattress for much less than what we had for a budget. I was so super stoked that I think I will return and buy a new bed frame and possibly end tables. Ours are good and solid but a bit dated. I liked what I saw when I was there so I think it may be time to return again.
