Bruce's Transmission

I thought I blew my tranny, ended up being an axel, Bruce had It fixed in less then 3 days, and price was very reasonable, he was awesome! He does it all by himself too so makes it even more amazing how quick I got my car back!

Unprofessional and amateur, stay away at all costs. After having an appointment scheduled for about a week, I dropped my car with Bruce first thing in the morning. After getting a ride back home, I received a phone call. Bruce refused to work on my car because there was a cigarette butt in my cup holder. No I am not over exaggerating - this was very surprising and confusing to me. Rather than removing it if it offended him (I was a paying customer after all) he told me to come pick the car up. The repair he had agreed to was my shift cable which means he forced me to drive away in a VERY unsafe vehicle. I assume he was just having a bad day but come on. This man has no idea what respect means and does not care about his customers
