We recently had to replace our heat pump and outdoor unit.They were professional throughout the whole process and made it easy to understand. They were not the cheapest option but you get what you pay for. Caleb and his installation crew were punctual, professional and finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend GF Bowman for your HVAC needs.

Caleb promptly arrived at 7 AM as promised. He & Alex were he professional & courteous & put on shoe covering before entering our home. After explaining removal of our old natural gas furnace, he efficiently followed through & then began new installation of Carrier unit. Upon a thorough walk-through of furnace & WiFi thermostat operation, a complete clean-up of work area was performed. Project time took 6 1/2 hours. Caleb’s quality of work & conscientious attitude represent G.F. Bowman’s commitment to outstanding customer service & satisfaction.

As usual, great experience with GF Bowman. Needed to replace our hot water heater and they had a technician out in 2 hrs. William was our technician and he was fantastic. They gave us two replacement options and we decided to go with the tankless hot water heater option. It took all day for the install but William was extremely courteous, professional, and absolutely no mess was left behind. 10/10 review to both GF Bowman and William.

Jermaine (Jay) Barlow was the service technician that conducted the 6 month service check on my heat pump system. He did an excellent and thorough job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I am quite pleased with the service I have received from G.F. Bowman since having them install my system a few years ago.

Alec was very knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. He was friendly and presented several options without pressure. He did a great job with my air conditioner.

Austin Brown was the tech assigned to my home for the kitchen drain leaking into the basement. He confirmed the service order for the work and thorough in completing the service. He communicated with me clearly while being appropriately engaging, friendly and professional. I would welcome him back and would recommend him to other customers.

Alec has provided maintenance for our system several times. He is professional and arrives on time. We have had our heating/cooling system replaced and our hot water heater. Both times I researched and got a few quotes. GF Bowman provided the best price and equipment each time. I think we’ll just stick with them! Very satisfied with the service.

My husband was trying to fix a leak on our toilets shut off valve but couldn’t get it to stop leaking,. We called E.F. Bowman and they sent out Austin who was so nice and polite. What took my husband hours to try to fix, it only took Austin about 15 mins. Thank you Austin for a job well done!

William has been out here twice and was fantastic both times. He was thorough and professional, but also was easy to talk to and treated me not like “just a client,” but as a friend. Awesome guy. Oh, and the fixes he made have already saved me hundreds of dollars in water bills!

The technician this time was no different than all of them over the years, being very personable with taking plenty of time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Very courteous with wearing covers over his boots while inside the house. I would highly recommend the services offered by G.F. Bowman.

Mike Johnson was excellent. He quickly analyzed the problem and explained my options. He got right to work and did a quality job, making sure to clean everything up. He also explained the service plan which I will be looking into during the following couple of weeks because it sounds like a better deal than the one I had with another company. I would highly recommend his services to others.

Carlitos was very knowledgeable and helped us to resolve some issues we weren't even aware. Also appreciate his willingness to watch for our kitties so they don't get outside. You have the best techs. Great service as always.

The tech's name was Sam. He was very pleasant to deal with on the job. He provided estimates before starting the job. He was able to locate the needed part and returned with the part timely. Their pricing was fair and everyone that I dealt with was friendly. Overall, a very positive experience.

Bob F. did a great job replacing an old, leaking metal pipe that carries water from the basement sump pump. The pipe travels under a portion of concrete porch and continues 6 - 8 inches underground. This was not simple, as it was a very old plumbing job, maybe even mid-20th century or earlier. I am a highly satisfied customer!
