OB/GYN Upland

I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez. After going to three specialist in her area over the course of 7 years, searching for answers to my symptoms, I finally felt heard and listened to. She did all she could and beyond to help get to the bottom of what was going on. She gave me more information on the specific problems I had than anyone in this specialty has before going to her. She called me with results, responded to my phone calls, and, was open and understanding of my questions and concerns.

Had a hysterectomy on Sept 17,2019 and today ,I feel great.Surgery was well explained and performance was excellent.Not to mention the staff are great as well.

Dr. Rodriguez is Amazing!!! She has great bedside manner and treats her clients with the best care!

The doctors are answering to my calls & concerns within minutes. Has improved overtime.

This is in regards to Suite 334. I was having pelvic pain and this was an emergency visit. You have to go through security and then wait in a long line to register with one person before actually going up to the office which takes a great deal of time and I was not advised of this possibility. My appointment was at 11:20 and I arrived at 11:29 after waiting in their long registration line.

When I arrived at my appointment they told me they have a seven minute grace period and that I had to reschedule. I was not informed of this rule while making the appointment nor the long wait I could have before being able to even arrive at the office and it was only 2 minutes after that 7 minute window period.

I said it is only 9 minutes past my appointment time and I was held up downstairs. I then told her that this is an emergency appointment since I have pelvic pain. I asked her to please speak with the staff and to see if they could still see me since there could be something wrong and I was in pain. They still refused. I was completely shocked at this insensitivity. I was also shocked at their inability to care for what could be an important issue over 2 minutes!

After leaving I called and asked to speak to the person in charge of the entire division as I am sure she would want to know of this. They gave me a phone number of which two separate people confirmed this number. All it did was ring with no voicemail. When I asked to speak to her assistant they said she had no phone number.

Michelle from the call center did call me back and got me an appointment after her staff advised her of my situation. I am so grateful to Michelle who did care about my situation. I am looking forward to seeing what is going on at my new appointment at a separate location. I took the appointment because I was desperate but I will never return to this women's health division ever again.

I Delivered my twin boys there 2 year go These staff at the front end are horrible. I been trying to make a doctors appointment so I could check on my baby girl there rude they hang up the phone on you. This is so sad! I been trying to make a appointment for weeks now! It’s sad I have to go all the way to riddle Obgyn when my doctor is at crozer Chester medical center… I wanna make a report so bad I have to find out this lady name every time I call she doesn’t answer or maybe she’ll answer onve or twice but it’s the same lady the voice never changed !

Horrible experience at this location.
I was hung up on, rude comments were made to me when asking to speak to a nurse. Unprofessional staff. How are they getting away with this? ( Not enough nurses and doctors to speak too. ) I spoke to the manager as well and she basically condoned in the behavior of her front end staff! They need to be reported and shut down!

Everytime i call to schedule an appt - every single receptionist that answers the phone are nothing but IGNORANT and rude people. They don’t help you at all and make you feel like you’re wasting their time.
If you HAVE to use Crozer as an OBGYN; I'd highly suggest you go to one of their other branches before coming to their unit at the hospital.
I stopped using them as an OBGYN after a terrible experience that led me right downstairs to Crozer's ER a few hours later.

Horrible care and sense of urgency, you see people in the rooms waiting to be attended while the doctors and nurses are casually talking about none related work, if you studied your whole life in the medical industry it is to save life and give them priority, not to make more $$$ while people are in pain and not in good care, terrible place to come if youre concern about yout health i dont recommend this place, you deserve better care for your well being.

I was given the wrong location if the office when the appointment was scheduled and then was told I couldn't be seen when I did find where the office was located in the hospital

They are very slow made me wait almost 2 hours for an ultrasound sound worst place

The people who work in the office are very rude and inconsiderate.
