Outstanding customer service by the store manager. She was very helpful in providing recommendations on items and also was kind enough to give directions. Great attitude for someone running a store that is short on staff and is in a disadvantaged area.

The dollar general app said this store closes at 10pm. However while I was shopping at 8:30pm an associate stated that the store was closed and to bring final purchases to the front. When I asked her at the register she said the store closes at 9pm but she needs time to close the store down. I assume she means counting the one till they still had open

I love the store the girls who worked there when they first opened were awesome! Now I don’t know what the hell is going on I wait at the counter for 15-20mins every time! And I’m there a lot at least 4-7 times a week! Nobody is ever EVER at the counter .

Store is completely cluttered, employees are rude and couldn’t be bothered with anything, sold me broken items and wouldn’t do a return or exchange.

I left without buying anything. I went there with my granddaughters and the store was a mess everything all over the floor. You couldn't find anything. After being there for a while trying to find stuff. This employee, I believe is "the manager " I don't know. Came out took a look at my granddaughters and accused them of making a mess. I told her NO...that mess was already there, and she started arguing with me.
No manners, disrespectful, and she gave me the hand and walk away when I was explaining that the mess was there. Very discussed of her behavior. That's the way they treat customers there. They last store is a complete mess . Today's date March 31, 2023 8:30 am

Store was great when it first opened, the employees there were great! But now it has gone downhill! The employees do not care at all and it truly shows! Especially the lady manager that opens! You always have to wait at the register before someone shows up! To the point people can really steal from there and they wouldn’t even know because nobody is ever in the front!

Picked up two items that said one price on the tag then when I get to the register it rings up a different price. I show her the sign and that it matches the item then she says it’s discontinued… I would never go back here.

The employees now are horrible, they even make you wait to be rung up & will deny ringing you up all while laughing about it
