Zach came to the house and talked me through my options. He was very friendly and wasn’t the least bit pushy to “make a sale.” He was very knowledgeable and helped me save money resolving my issue. 100% would recommend.

The employees of home climates are always respectful and knowledgeable. They make sure once they have finished the maintenance, that I am informed of what was done as well as if they found anything that needs to be fixed or cleaned. I have had Carson two times in a row, he is phenomenal.

We've had heating issues and got this company from our neighborhood, Chestnut Valley in Mount Wolf. Service came out and did a thorough check. Turns out we needed to replace the heating/ac unit, it maybe pricey but it was a must. Financing was available and they will find something for everyone to fit their needs...installation was scheduled, they did an amazing job. Took half a day, everything new and working great. Would recommend this company, 5 star rating.

Carson did a great job looking at our AC system. Was pleasant, on time ( in fact early), and communicated well with me following the service visit. He pointed out areas of our AC system which could include additional cleaning services such has the blower motor and outside compressor, and cleaned up the areas he worked in. Overall, an excellent visit by Carson. Would gladly like to see him return when we need future service or repairs.

Zach was here within a half hour of us calling for an estimate. He went over all our options and answered our questions. He was back a couple hours later with a game plan that worked for us and scheduled our installation. This was one of the easiest decisions we have made.

The guys showed up early which is nice not having to wait in a 2-4 hour window for them to show up. It did not take long for them to identify the issue and immediately got on phone with the manufacturer to replace my unit under warranty. They were friendly and explained all my options as well.

Evan was very courteous and helpful. He answered all our questions and did a great job explaining all our concerns. A really nice man.
We also want to give a big shoutout to Justyn, Carson and Vito. They stuck with us until our problem seems to be solved. They were all outstanding and tripled teamed it until they got it done. We are extremely grateful and happy with your effort.

Evan was here immediately and fixed our plumbing issue promptly. Evan is knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. We are so pleased to have Home Climate to take care of our plumbing and heating/cooling needs. Highly recommend!

Price was a lot more reasonable than some of these big chain Plumbing companies that are throughout the united states. Home climates was two hundred dollars less than just about any other major chain plumbing company. Definitely recommend for Lancaster County, Jonathan was my plumber.He did a great job. Had our main water shut off valve replaced.

Carson was our service technician this morning for AC tune up and he was great! He was very thorough and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. He seemed very knowledgeable as well! Thanks Carson!

Our outdoor unit had been vandalized and we used someone who was recommended to us. We went through the January without any heat , the unit was replaced but it was never finished, supposedly waiting on a part. Finally I decided I was calling Home Climates. I called the answering service Sun afternoon and the service manager was at my house by 10:00 Mon morning and got everything fixed.I immediately signed up for the service contract. Everyone I have dealt with from the office to the technicians have been absolutely wonderful to deal with. I am definitely recommend them to anyone

Johnathan H arrived on time and performed our Plumbing inspection in a timely fashion and with a high degree of professionalism. He was friendly and professional during his visit .
He corrected a minor leakage issue as well . He had everything that was needed on his van . Everything was taken care of with one trip .

Zach was extremely polite and courteous. He was very interested in our questions, needs and concerns. Zach was very knowledgeable and answered our questions, talking to us not down to us. He explained everything very well. Zach also was very prompt, bring right on time. And he did not rush through the visit.

Home Climates and our serviceman, Justyn have been great to work with. Cleaned our furnace, we agreed on new annual service contract and purchased an attached air purifier for our home. Punctual and very polite & friendly. Justin provided great information on products and his service. Thank you!

Consistent excellent service. Thorough with preventive inspections of heating and plumbing systems. Just had an air scrubber installed and my tech, Mark, took the time to clean the filter for my water softener, not part of the scheduled job, but greatly appreciated!

Evan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to get us a quote and new water heater within the day. It may have been more expensive than other places but we felt very comfortable with his ability and trusted that it was done well.

Great experience, again, with Home Climates. Signed up for the the preseason AC unit tune up. Technician was Stephen L. who was courteous and did a nice job.
