We were very pleased with our flooring installation with Couch Potato. From our first design meeting with Tom (super helpful!), then communicating with the ladies in the office, and finally having the installation team in our home for several days, it was a smooth, professional process. Everyone was friendly and accommodating to our specific goals. We highly recommend Couch Potato and will be utilizing them again for future flooring projects.

We needed our very old carpet replaced downstairs in our house. We called Couch Potatoe and they quickly sent Tom out for an estimate. Tom was a pleasure ro work with, he explained the process in detail and was very personable. Our installer Justin did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond to make sure our flooring was installed the same day, with excellent craftsmanship. We are very pleased with the results and will not hesitate to recommend or work with Couch Potatoe again.

What can I say? Couch Potato took our sad, dated, ugly kitchen floors and transformed them into a work of art! 5/5 the whole job from start to finish! Danielle in the Etters store is excellent- she knows so much and was endlessly patient with all of my questions. Dave gave a great estimate and was always available with any questions I had, Gavin delivered everything on time and so quickly- it was hard to believe 1 person could deliver all of the materials so fast! And Silvio and his crew were unbelievable- they did the whole downstairs in 1 day. This is my second time using Couch Potato for a job and I cannot say enough great things about my experience. And the floors are beautiful!

Not sure I can speak highly enough regarding our experience with Tom and the team at Couch Potato. Our basement was in need of a facelift, and Tom spent spent an incredible amount of time helping us customize our upgrade. He recommended some ideas (which we had not considered and ultimately went with!), and helped us match product with our price point. He even came back out during the install to ensure things where proceeding as planned. Speaking of installation, Silvio and his team where exceptionally wonderful during that process. Even my phone calls with Heather and Danielle were very pleasant! Start to finish was a breeze, and Couch Potato has a customer for future projects. Thanks Tom!!

We used Google to look up several flooring companies. After speaking with several we decided on Couch Potato and are so glad we did. Our sales person Tom and the staff were friendly and helpful. The installation of the flooring and moldings were done with skill and timely. Any minor problems were handled immediately and to our complete satisfaction. Dave Heckman at Couch Potato is an excellent partner for us in regards to flooring needs. In this world of dial by name phone menus, it’s refreshing to have a name and number we can call or text anytime for service. We list dozens of homes a year and some need a little love with fresh flooring. Dave and couch potato are the resource we need to measure and install for a quick turn around on our listings. We’re so happy we found them!

Everyone we dealt with were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were also friendly and helped us with any questions that we had. This started with coming to our home to explain what we would need, showing us samples, writing up our order and installation. We are very happy with the whole process and especially our new flooring.

The team at the store were great to work with - Tom (Sales) was engaged and consultative through the process, Gina was great with follow-up and billing, Joyce was our initial contact in the store, helped us pick out our flooring, and she along with Heather helped make sure our questions were answered.

The carpet we ordered was delayed by the manufacturer, and the team kept us updated on timing. Overall, for us, the timing was great and allowed us to finish repainting and remodeling some adjacent areas

Value and cost were exceptional.

I walked into this place thinking I had a plan but really knowing nothing about what I was doing. I spoke to a man who had the demeanor of one of those fast talking salesmen who can sell you your own socks and initially I was nervous he was going to try to talk me into things way outside of my budget.

He thoroughly answered all my questions without making me feel stupid (even though some of those questions were probably stupid). He asked me questions about my projects, and he actually listened to my needs and directed me to what he recommended, and gave reasons why he recommended them, and he helped me build onto my project in a way that benefits me. He did all of that in a way that made me feel heard and understood, rather than him being a pushy salesmen just trying to make a buck. He managed to get me better products than I already had purchased elsewhere and for cheaper too.

And the crazy thing is that he managed to do all of these things in less than 10 minutes from when I entered the store till when I left.

The men who came out to install the carpet were super friendly too and finished the job in about an hour.

This was such a positive experience and I am sincerely happy to have gone here for my carpet needs.

They were very good at keeping me up to date on the appts and arrival/delivery of carpet. They came, were polite and very efficient while installing the carpet. The finished product looks great! Thank you Couch Potato!

Couch Potato Carpet and Flooring is a great business to work with. We had carpeting from our stairs removed and replaced with new solid hardwood over existing contractor grade wood. The workmanship by Justin is outstanding! Our stairs are beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

The staff was very friendly and efficient from the sales people to delivery man to the installers. The installers worked nonstop for 10 hours doing three rooms of our house and turned it from a barn to a home. Thank you for all your hard work.

I called Couch Potato after having questions about an initial service of carpet stretching. Carlos quickly came here and the job was done so well that it exceeded my expectations. I will now have it cleaned and it will look like new carpeting! I am so very happy that I called Couch Potato!
