Tyler and Ethan are the best!!!! My mother in law got a new phone and forgot her passwords . These 2 gentlemen took at least 3-4 hours of their time and went above and beyond to help her!! Best service EVER!!!!

Ethan is one of the finest employees I’ve dealt with, very professional and very easy spoken also was able to answer all of my questions.

We came in around 5 pm, Employee Zade took care of us and he was OUTSTANDING!! He was able to upgrade in the most efficient way possible! Will definitely ask for him again, when stopping by for anything. If you ever are looking for a good salesperson to help with anything at Verizon ask for Zade. He was great!!

Danielle was really helpful! God bless her soul. She stayed longer her working hours just to help us!!! She deserves a pay raise and more!

Zade Faunce was the person I spoke with today. He had contacted me as an old friend and convinced me to come to the store. Now we are going to buy multiple new phones and potentially bring my mom into Verizon as well. Other people in the store also were very helpful and kind. I actually enjoyed coming to a phone store for once in my life. Great store and crew!

After having terrible luck with two other Verizon stores, we ended up here at 4:20pm (they close at 5 on Sunday) thinking that buying two new phones would not take 40 minutes. The two employees were helping other folks and got to us about 10 minutes to close. The manager and the employee stayed a full hour past closing to help us and were absolutely incredible. The manager had a great handle on how to run things and they never made us feel like a hassle or complained about us being there. They even acknowledged that we were there on time and they want to help us. Definitely recommend this location to others

Danielle was super understanding of the situation and went above and beyond to help us out and get us what we needed if you need help with any of your phone needs definitely come here the staff is friendly and extremely helpful 10 out of 10 couldn't be happier

It’s the staff at this Verizon location. That’s so incredible. They seem to have enough staff to accomplish the number of people coming in the door. We have never had to wait for service more than 10 minutes. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and supportive of one another. If one has a lot of work, the others jump in to help out if they’re not busy themselves. Can’t say enough about this location.

I cannot recommend this store enough! Not only did I receive an amazing deal through Verizon, but I had the best team helping me figure out exactly what plan would work for me. Working in the service industry, I spot a good worker when I see one. Delaunte Taylor made what is usually a hassle of a process effortless and actually quite enjoyable. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and outgoing, he made the experience 10 times better! If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. Highly, HIGHLY recommend the Peach st.
