Always have something I like for my son

Although there was a great selection of shoes, I would have never been able to purchase a pair for my son because the employees were too occupied on their phones to offer assistance. When I asked if they had a pair in my sons size they barely looked up from their phone. The one employee tried to look around for her coworker to check in the back, but couldn’t find him bc he disappeared, and then she didn’t bother asking me to hold on a minute….just went back in her phone. After standing there for 5 minutes too long, I left!

I will never return to kids foot locker in Springfield Mall. The staff was improperly trained to handle the pandemic. They were not helpful. I went in to purchase sneakers for my 3 & 1 year old grands. Was told they could not size their feet and I could not size their feet. So you would rather we try on several pair of sneakers instead of wearing gloves and wiping down the sizer. As we proceeded to checkout ,was then asked Who helped with our selection.
I'm not sorry, I said no one.
If the staff can wear masks, they can wipe down their equipment to prevent more of an outbreak.
How do we as patrons know they are taking all the sneakers in the back and sanitizing for the next person that try's them on

Cece needs to find a new job! She was very unpleasant, barely spoke to us while I exchanged my sons shoes he got for Christmas. If you hate your job that much get a new one. She was also on her cell phone the whole time. I won’t be returning to this foot locker in the future. I’ll go to other stores that have pleasant employees who want to help you.

Extremely disrespectful employees. Walked in the store was not greeted. Also went in to get a pair of shoes she said she went in the back to Check and never came out! They don’t care about their customers!! . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
