The staff here are very pleasant, the store is very well stocked, clean and has easy check out. I haven't been here in a while and the prices are great , I look forward to shopping here again very soon.

This target location is clean but the five stars mostly goes to Starbucks. I normally make my order online through the Starbucks app so I was a bit nervous to tell the Barista how I want my coffee. But, the Baristas made me feel so comfortable in sharing my favorite flavors without giving an attitude. The whole experience was filled up with laughter, smiles and understanding. Venique really hooked up my drink and I am still thinking about it til this day. Hopefully, I will see her again soon! Thank you Ladies!

I love this Target so much. For the most part they usually have the things I need the only thing is that I just wish they had more clearance items/sale items such as clothes especially since I am currently a college student on a budget and they have some of the best quality clothes. I do recommend having the target app and creating a Target circle account(its free) because you definitely can save a few bucks using that and you can get cash back on purchases.

I needed to return an incorrectly purchased ink printer cartridge for the correct one. Unfortunately it wasn't in stock. So I had my return credited back to my TARGET CARD..No problem whatsoever. Excellent Experience *****

A very clean and well lit store, AND....it's fully stocked. Nice and courteous staff and managers. truly a pleasant shopping experience.

This Target has the nicest people working here. The customer service can’t be beat. They always have plenty of time to answer questions & if you’re trying to find a particular item they will go out of their way to find it.

Excellent help from the staff, specifically at self check out. It’s my go to target for sure. The only one negative thing is a very odd, Obese, security guard, who has no manners self restraint, or respect in any aspect of life for others. Besides him, and besides that, A+!

Really like using the Target app, ordering the items online and picking them up. It is fast and convenient.

Target this store has very good deals they are always well-stocked they have everything from Electronics to toilet paper you cannot go wrong coming here

Customer service in Springfield location was fantastic inside and outside the store. Cart attendants very helpful and pleasant. Went inside and the store is huge. Its beautiful. Employees at pickup counter were very helpful and brought me my pickup merchandise right away. We looked around for some time after the pickup because we were so amazed at the layout. Target had 2 floors and I love all the space. I never saw this before I live in Chester Springs the targets near us are just one floor. After we were finished I was on my way out when I noticed the cashiers walking up to customers asking if they needed help or if they were ready to check out. Very clean store. I loved my visit. Its a pretty far drive but it was definitely worth it.

This Target location is great. I enjoy my shopping trips to Target. I just wish they had more cashiers available so I didn't have to choose between waiting in a long line or doing self-checkout.

I wanted to take a minute to express my gratitude and appreciation for a/the manager at this particular Target.
Mr. Berner went above and beyond. I was having a very hard time and he showed me great kindness. This Target is very lucky to have a person like that in charge.

Clean, brightly lit and many more selections (especially food items) than in the past, is only part of the reason for the score. The cashier, Tanya was absolutely a joy to speak with! Very professional, attentive and helpful- and kind! That means a lot. She was amazing. Give her a raise please! :-)
