Great service and lots of friendly staff. So many nice employees who sell us the best quality of items. It's like the only good spot to shop in Springfield. Easily accesible from other parts of Delaware County by Septa's route 101 and other various bus routes. Lots of areas to eat at and order clothing. 2 main buildings, target for foods and other random items and Macys for clothing. In between the two are small stores and restaurants. Lots of room to eat inside, they have an elevator in the middle of the mall along with entrances to the 2nd floor spread out along the main walkway. 10/10 experience.

Vanessa is such a sweet lady. I was shopping for a dress which express did not have my size until Vanessa came up to me and asked me to wait around for a few minutes which she went in the back and looked for my size, finding my size and on top of that, she gave me a 10% off code so I was able to save roughy 7 dollars on the dress. It is the thought that counts. Stay blessed, Vanessa :)

The manager at the Springfield pa location name Shawn is awesome!.. he’s always extremely helpful whether it’s locating an item over the phone, or in store. His customer services is the main reason I frequent this location.

Natalie, at Express in the Springfield Mall is a rockstar! I found a dress that was not in my size and she went to the back not once but twice to get the appropriate size item for me! She was so helpful! Everyone should be like Natalie!
