Love their clothes! So sad stores are closing. I'm not much of a catalogue shopper. Shipping fees and return shipping if it doesn't fit. I bought 90% of my clothes at Soft Surroundings.

Lovely staff, they are always super friendly and helpful when I am able to stop by, which isn't as often as I'd like (stupid budgets!).

If you have skin sensitivity or even allergies, this is a GREAT store to find THE softest clothing to wear. They rate their clothing by softness, 1 - 5, with 5 being the softest of all. That's what I go for usually. 😊

I've poured over the Soft Surroundings catalogs for years, and then I got a notice that Harrisburg was getting an actual store! I love the clothes; I don't like buying from a catalog.

Today I finally made the time to visit and I was amazed at how beautiful the store is. It's like a quality hotel. The dressing rooms feel like a bedroom. I already knew I would like the looks of clothes, but getting to touch them is the cherry on the sundae.

The employees love the store, too. It's a nice place to shop.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Harrisburg location today, and I was delighted with both the products I purchased and the outstanding customer service provided by Alexis Patler, Store Manager, and her staff. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and checked on me multiple times while I was in the dressing room, even bringing me multiple styles, and sizes until I found exactly what I was looking for. I will be back!!!
