AT&T Store

The AT&T store associate was knowledgeable, personable, professional and was able to answer every question/concern I had. I'm glad I visited the store instead of chatting online.

Service was great, very informative. Caleb/Cody (Sorry don’t remember his name) I believe he was the site manager/supervisor. He was very helpful in helping me transfer my phone over as a new account.

OMG I was so impressed! I went in expecting someone to tell me I may need a new phone....unbelievably the young man who helped me had my phone in order and working better than before. ALSO, He was the kindest individual ever. So glad I stopped into THIS At&t store. I will never go to another.

Marlin was an excellent AT&T Representative. Very knowledgeable, helpful with making sure all of my needs were met. Marlin answered all of my questions and my time was well spent learning how to use my new devices. Marlin has a great personality with great customer service skills. Great service here! My grandpa and I went in the day after christmas and it was incredibly busy with only one employee. Typically, people would be upset for having to wait, but the employee (Arthur) was so upbeat, quick, yet careful that we all had a great experience. Customer service makes or breaks my experience in a company so they'll definitely be getting our service again! Would love to see Arthur in management, he definitely deserved it.

I purposefully drove past 4 closer at&t stores to be able to go to this one. Arthur is amazing. He answered all of my question without judgement and never made me feel rushed or stupid ( like other stores I've been to) he was So helpful and never made us feel pressure. So many other stores are rude and brief, But everyone I have worked with at this store has been patience and wonderful. Thank you for making phone shopping a joy again.

I had a very good experience finding a new phone. I didn't have to wait at all for staff members to begin helping me. They were very informative and helpful.

Ky’Air was fantastic and very helpful when we came to buy a new phone. He was very patient with us and explained everything with the new phone. I ask him if he was the manager and he said no he is not, he really should be! He was amazing! He really cares about the customers and made us feel welcome.

My daughter and I got new phones. We got excellent service and we didn't wait so long. Highly recommend. Dillon was an absolute pleasure to work with. He answered all of our questions, very patient with us, and showed us everything with the new phones.

Arthur was amazing! He fixed all phone/billing issues with no problem! Ended up getting myself a new phone also, and he was beyond helpful!! I highly recommend this store as opposed to others nearby.

We are new customers with AT&T and we cannot say enough about how awesome this store was during our visit! We dealt with Austin, and he went way above and beyond to accommodate us! He was able to set us up with the best deal, and get us exactly what we needed that night, including their awesome military discount! I highly recommend AT&T, based on their amazing staff and how they treated us!

I don’t usually give reviews, this time I have to because ky’Air made my daughter and I have a fun time upgrading our phones. He had us engaged in conversation and made feel very comfortable. Thanks for making it fun not boring.

Went in to switch out a sim card. Arthur went above and beyond to see if there was any deals he could get for us. We were able to upgrade 2 phones for no extra cost except state sales tax. He was also able to lower our bill $100 a month. Thanks Arthur!

Very awesome staff!!! Mike (Michael) and Kumar went above and beyond for us. They were having problems getting out previous account into a business account but they were able to do it. Not to mention they stayed an hour late after the store closed for us and got it figured out. We got to the store around 5:30pm and didn't leave till 9pm, so if that tells you, they will get it taken care of, even if it takes for ever.
